My family and I have tried to give this place a chance 3 times some our recent move to Osteen and its gotten worse every single time. The first time we ordered was in person and despite repeating the order several times, they still gave us the wrong thing. In addition, the fried items tasted like they used week old oil. The second time we tried just chicken wings. The chicken was dry and again tasted like they used old oil. The final straw was yesterday, we order sweet and sour chicken but got sweet and sour shrimp. The egg foo young was ok but the sauce was very salty. I believe the shrimp was so heavily coated in Batter to mask the overly fishy taste and hide the fact that it was also old. My husband and I got very ill overnight taking turns in the bathroom and my daughter suffered horrible indigestion. An investigation into their cooking and food storage practices should be opened.

We ordered multiple food dishes today including orange beef and chicken and broccoli, the beef was tough and stringy and the broccoli was completely raw. The chicken and broccoli was tough and stringy as well and the broccoli that was included in this dish was completely raw as well. We also ordered fried rice with just onion and the onion was raw and was not cooked. We’ve given this restaurant multiple chances and some previous times have been good but then at the same time we’ve have more bad instances than good. I do not recommend going to this Chinese restaurant.

I tried to give this place several chances because their wings and egg rolls are made just right and they had the real brown fried rice (not anymore) but I can’t tolerate the rudeness from them, especially the child who takes the phone orders. No respect towards the customers, argues with you when they mess up the order and after spending more than $50 for food you practically have to beg for a decent amount of soy and duck sauce! This place lacks customer service and we will take our money somewhere that knows how to treat their customers!

I ordered here for the first time and it was just an ok bite. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch special and it looked like the chicken was old and refried. The rice seemed to be the only decent bite. The egg roll also tasted old and refried. Quantity was good for the lunch special. Just didn’t give me as fresh food.
