Depending on who is at the register your service may be good or bad. The food is of poor quality, underdone and I have quite literally seen people eat ingredients while they are over on the production line while making pizzas.

I don't mind spending money on the food I order regardless what the price is i order once a week on a Tuesday or Wednesday doing lunch time for my two two year old grandchildren well today one of them wanted pizza so I order the usual well the cheese pizza had only half cheese on one side the other side nothing then the bottom was burn so I call ask was there a new cook and told them what happen well once again someone who acted like they didn't give a care so I guess ill be moving on to another pizza place all zero no stars 06/02/25 time 7:20

Picked up 6 pre ordered pizzas for my kids birthday bash yesterday, and they were fresh, hot and delicious. The gentleman up front helped me carry them out to my car as well. We drive here and order at this location all the way from Orange City, because they always provide great service and fresh food!

This is why I hate the concept of tipping before I see my food. I tipped the driver eighteen dollars just to get a pizza with no extra peppers.No extra sauce and the incorrect toppings. In fairness, papa, john's did say they would send me a new order out with the correct items.But i'm not going to make someone deliver some peppers and garlic sauce with some toppings.I will just get it on the next pizza.However, I don't think i'm going to tip after this until I checked my food.
Ordered $50 worth of items and never got it all you might wanna go and pick your food up because apparently these people in the store haven’t got a clue and giving you everything you’re supposed to get that you order

I ordered and selected a particular tip amount (because it has an option to customize the tip) and it was changed to another amount. I called the store and they indicated yes it was the higher tip, not the one I selected. Apparently it defaults to whatever tip they decide on. This is unacceptable. They also did not indicate before hand that it would be a different company delivering the pizza.

While the place was clean, the wait not too bad. The pizza tasted good and was consistent with what I'm used too. The only reason for 3 stars is the pizza wasn't cut like barely at all. Other than me recommending you be prepared to cut your pie if you get one, the pizza is good.

Haven't ordered Papa Johns in a long time. Ordered today and pizza size was shockingly smaller then it used to be. Just regular mediums but they are the size of smalls. I guess shrinkflation really is hitting everything. We will be going back to ordering from elsewhere as it was more expensive as well.
