Papa Johns Pizza

Horrible service. Don't order from here. They don't care. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, six cheese, well done , with half jalepenos. I got no where close to well.done. no pepperoni, no jalepenos. And this is just an ongoing trend at this place. Because their workers don't pay attention to any detail, at all, or take any pride in making a pie. This has happen multiple times, at this location.

I called at 12:30am I asked them if they could still deliver my pizza because it’s late they told me yes at 1:30 AM. I got a text saying my order was canceled. I went to sleep and I woke up and the pizza was in front of my door. It’s cold and there was ants on it so I called again in the morning I’ve been waiting for my pizza for 30 minutes, so I had to call back again and order again and still my pizza is not here.

Ever since Papa Johns started using door dashes. Every orders comes in wrong or they dont forget items. Papa Johns is disappointing

Very disappointed, I go to papa johns for good quality pizza,I ordered a pepperoni and mushrooms. There was barely any topping and the pizza had a lot of air pockets in it.very disappointed

I wouldn't order from here. They don't wear hair nets or Beard nets. They don't wear gloves when preparing the pizza. No thank you!

I observed that male employees do not use hair nets or beard guards while preparing food. Never saw them wash their hands while going from register to food prep. I wouldn’t order from them.

Called to order 2 pizzas. I never asked for thin crust because I don't like it. Made sure to ask if there pizza still came with garlic sauce, she told me yes. When my boyfriend came home with the pizza they were both thin crust and there was no sauce. I called the store and the manager was less then friendly and offered no solution. To top it all off the pizzas were cold. Never going back.

So after a long day at work in Orlando and driving to Volusia County the app makes it easy to order ahead and pick up a warm toasty pizza. Well they forgot to cut the pizza, no peppeocchini and no garlic sauce for 16 bucks. Horrendous.

I've frequently placed orders at this Papa John's for the past two years post-Covid. The only commendable aspect is that their food consistently arrives hot, unlike our local Domino's, where orders get stacked on drivers, and being their first delivery is a stroke of luck. Surprisingly, not once has this Papa John's managed to deliver a pizza with the traditional 'thick' edge (as pictured on their website, like how it's supposed to be made...); it's always been flat. My last order from them left me feeling sick, and I've decided never to order from this location again.

I had a pleasant experience at this Papa John’s! They made my order very quickly and got the order correct! Their spicy sausage stuffed crust pizza was pretty good for chain pizza, though the sausage wasn’t spicy at all and the crust was pretty doughy.Oh, and the Twix Papa Bites are nothing to write home about, pretty bland and virtually no Twix pieces.
