Placed a delivery order. Stated delivery estimated at 424pm today. Wasn't delivered until 445 and the delivery driver never knocked on our door as we ended up seeing on our camera's. Pizzas were cold and wet when we found them 3 mins later. I have been trying to contact the store for 10+mins and have gotten nobody. After reviewing my cameras closer they used doordash to deliver my order. Even though I placed my order with the pizza hut website. I also tipped almost 25%. I guess I'm doing a charge back with my bank
Update: never reached anybody on the phones even after waiting on hold for 25+ mins. In that time I posted this review and spoke with my bank to dispute the charge.
Update 2: I did go to the pizza cares link the same day as nobody would answer the phone after 30mins. I was told I would receive a response within 3 business days from the store leadership. However, much like the phones I never received contact as stated. So I guess pizza hut and the store does in fact not care.
Update 3: I still have yet to receive any communication from this store. Pizza hut cares team as reassured me at the beginning of the week that I would and apologized that I haven't. Clearly there is a lack of care at this restaurant and pizzahut as a whole. On top of all that my bank is telling me pizzahut is stalling the dispute of the transaction. I'll keep updating this review as it progressives. But obviously I'm never ordering from this particular store again. What a disaster this as all been 2.5 weeks after the initial issue

I ordered 1 medium pepperoni 1 medium bacon and 1 large pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of bread sticks. All three of my pizza's were just pepperoni and never received my order of bread sticks. This isn't the first time this has happened. I didn't leave a review last time because I understand mistakes can be made but when it happens repeatedly it's irritating.

My family has been ordering pizza from this place for years, at least once a week, Until today. Apparently they have changed from delivery drivers to door dashers only. On top of my bill and a delivery fee the driver sent texts to my wife attempting to extort us for 1/3 the cost of the entire meal to bring it 3 blocks. Not any more. This is the last time we do business with this store.

Atmosphere was ok, very fast. staff was friendly however I made a pick up order for a meat pasta and boneless wings. Everything was sooooooooo dry and hard ! Extremely disappointed. I live less than 5 mins away so my order did not sit. Disappointed to the point where I would never order those items again or shall I say from this location. The pasta had barely any sauce like it was from days ago chewy and the meat was jerky cheese was like toast n burnt. Ingredients looked glued together n hardened. Extremely disappointed because I love pizza hut above any other pizza chain and I have never been so turned off by a meal literally saved it to take it back today n didnt refrigerate so employees could see. Gotta stop overcooking things cook. No one is trying to break a tooth or end up choking on hard food. Cooks have to take the time to do better. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it! You look at it before it's packaged. Sending out poor quality items is bad for business.

This place thinks its cool to pile up door dashers and make them wait 15 minutes on an order. Did you know we get paid to do the DELIVERIES and not to stand there and wait for you to do your job? And I don't need a fake apology reply, I need you to fix this problem. Stop overpromising and underdelivering!

Pizza Hut has been my favorite fast food pizza chain since the mid 90s and I believe they are still better than their major competitors (Papa John’s, Domino’s, Lil Caesar’s etc). Shoutout to the original stuffed crust, the greatest chain pizza item in history. That being said, the cheesy bite pizza is not as good as the OG stuffed crust. Not as much total cheese in the crust. The highlights of this order were the bacon, which is definitely real bacon, crispy and delicious, and the ranch sampler trio! All three ranches were distinct and tasty in their own way!

DO NOT BUY “FOOD” HERE !!!!! I’m well aware that pizza, especially from a large corporation, is nowhere near the healthiest option … But I can say that I have never eaten at any other establishment and felt anywhere near as terrible as i have today , after eating pizza from here lastnight . My body feels gross , ive had heartburn ALL DAY , and my stomach has been upset since i woke up . I am not sensitive to any foods , there is no reason why pizza should do that . I wasnt the only one who ate it . Im not the only one that feels this way . THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO HEAVILY CUT BACK ON WHATEVER DISGUSTINGLY PROSSED INGREDIENTS THEY USE . And might i add , the foods quality , was absolutely not worth us feeling like this . BLAND . BLAND . BLAND . It was like eating moist bread . How is this place still in business? It’s not good. It’s not made good. It does not make you feel good. Nobody will miss Pizza Hut‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Made and order was charged another amount than state don the phone . I called and was redirected to a call center and they told me they would transfer me to the store . They couldn’t handle previous orders . Then I waited on hold for 37:12 minutes . They sounded annoyed it was so last minute which is not my fault as I was able to show how long I was on hold . They refused a refund or to allow me tot all to a manager and stated the manager was not in store after 9pm during the week.
