We usually do not order pizza from the larger businesses like Pizza Hut since the quality never compares, however, we had a late night at a hospital so we ordered here anyways. Horrible decision as the pizza was inedible. The pepperonis were YELLOW on the edges - most disgusting thing I’ve seen come out of a pizza restaurant. Mine was as hard as a brick - threw the whole thing away. We reached out to Pizza Hut to discuss the matter and try to get a refund; we’ve been told we’ll receive a call from this store - we never did. I reached out multiple tomes since and we have just been ignored. Please do not order here. There are mu h better options in the area. Worst pizza + customer service ever.

Ordered a combo that comes with wings. Didn't receive the wings. I called the store and when they realized I was not calling to place a new order, placed me on hold forever. Enjoy the wings I paid for I guess!

This place sucks every time I order im like oh ill give them another chance cause its close to my home. But after my last visit im over it never again, the pizza was undercooked and tasted horrible my wings were so small and the amount of money i paid for them was crazy for how bad my food was every time I go in there the people are always in the back and takes 10 mins to even acknowledge you.

Will is amazing. I don’t know if he owns the store but he definitely treats his customers like he does. His customer service felt like I was getting pizza at a Ritz Carlton and he went above and beyond to communicate and make sure our order was right. I always hesitate to order from Pizza Hut but Will did such an incredible job and the food was made perfect, we will be ordering more often! Melissa was also super nice as well!

I ordered a medium advertised $7 pizza, and what I received was not a pizza, guys. It was so dry and hard. It felt like chips in my hand. I thought ok let me call and ask them to bring me a pizza and take these chips back. I was on the phone being transferred twice, never to be picked up again. I called back. Same thing. Just stop ordering from this location! THANKS, this location is a disgrace to Pizza Hut chain!

I just got my order and what a disappointment. It was raw I asked for the pizza to be well done and it was doughy. I asked for a pam pizza and got something else it definitely wasn't pan pizza the slice was so thin it was almost see through and I bet they charged me the extra 1.50 for the pan pizza. The mushrooms were raw everything was raw and disgusting. I guess I will not order again. Food is too expensive to waste my money on this kind of food. And for the restaurant to send me what ever they want and not what I ordered. The website wasn't even working I couldn't order online.
