I preface by saying I've never been a Pizza hut fan.... always dough and undercooked.... told the kid, I dont mind waiting an extra couple of min with it in the oven.... thought I'd give their new Nashville Hot Chicken pizza a try...... boxed and ready for take out in about 20 min.... ??? Thought that was very quick for well done.... and asked to make sure..... got home and sure enough, bottom was undercooked... while top looked well done.... the Nashville Hot tasted like wing sauce...... I'm a glutton for punishment..... but keep giving them a chance.... I'll try them again in 10 years...... my advice is to drive extra few miles for a decent Pizza......

I called and ordered pizza tonight. I asked them if they had deepdish. I was told yes so i ordered a large pepperoni deepdish and a pan chz pizza. A doordash driver dropped off my food. They handed me 2 of the same boxes. Neither was my deepdish. My food was 50$$ i called them and they looked up my receipt and told me that i ddnt order deepdish thst i ordered a pan and a hsndtossed. I called her a liar and told her thst i wanted my money back. She told me she wouldnt give my refund until friday. Thst her gm was thr only one thst could give refunds she refused to lrt me drive up to get my money. I wull NEVER order ftom this pizza hut agsin. Sorry employees

I don’t normally do this, but I want to put Pizza Hut on blast. Typically I don’t eat pizza much any more. When I do I normally eat local family owned type places. I love a good thin and crispy crust pizza. Pizza Hit happens to have one…. Normally. The last time I ordered one, I ordered extra cheese and pepperoni. When I got it, it had like 1/2 cheese….. and it was $20 (pick up) for 1 thin crust pizza.
I tried to order one tonight. Instead of ordering online, I called the local store’s number and apparently was routed to a call center. I figured that about half way through the call. I ordered my specific pizza and mentioned the cheese situation last time and she “noted this” with my order. (When i realized it was a call center…). I ordered a second pizza and the total was $40. Expensive imho for “express pizza” but whatever. So I was about to pay, and was told that I had to be the person to pick it up. I told them my son-in-law or daughter would be picking it up. They said their policy is that the person paying with a credit card had to be the person to pick it up! I said I can give you the name of the person picking it up. They said that they couldn’t guarantee he’d be able to pick it up. Fed up I finally just said, nevermind, I’ll just order from somewhere else. So we ordered from a local family owned shop. Insanity!
Well, when we get to the Midwest, I’ll have to get my Pizza Hut fix from and old fashion store like it used to be. They are still a dine-in with a salad bar!
I will never order from a Pizza Hit again unless it is dine-in with a salad bar. Ridiculous!

Second time at this location and my last! First time, ordered large which is now the medium of old(shrinkflation at it’s finest)! Then today, ordered thru app, I don’t tip when I pick… so no tip in app, when I go to pick up, guy behind counter I guess in an attempt to have me reconsider about my tip, before he almost charged me again gave a lame excuse of “oh they just want you to answer this on here” pointing to the card swipe machine and acting like it’s something he didn’t know why it was asking; also after just complaining about this jacked up economy. I go up to the counter and look at card machine and it’s asking me for a tip. I asked why was it asking me this when it already did so in the app. He says “ oh, you don’t have to give me a tip, I’m just here to make your pizza”… seriously, that’s your damn job!! Mind you, this didn’t happen on my first visit, which tells me he made the machine do that and lied about it!! Here’s a tip - stop lying!!

Ordered here a few times and everytime it’s the same situation. App says order is ready. Get there and still have to wait another 15 minutes after waiting for someone to attend me since this place is always short staffed

The energy at this location today was super weird unprofessional and pretty sad after watching maybe a shift leader or manager pulled two of her employees to the front to ask them why they are $10 over on their cash register to just telling them that they’re gonna get fired and then running to the bathroom to then All of the staff there just seeming really unmotivated uncomfortable tired that environment looks really toxic then I wait for my pizza which was supposed to be ready at 6:44 didn’t get it until 654. Yes, I know 10 minutes for them to ask me for a tip on the paper then ask me for a tip on the machine when I ordered for carry out super weird

I am 99% sure this place is a front for something not so pizza hut... I ordered online, got to the location 10min after it was supposed to be done. Two guys in the back making pizza and no one at the front to greet customers. A guy came out the back looked at us 7 customer waiting and took the tip jar and went in a room, stating he was clocking out and splitting the tip with the other workers (the tip box had $1) waited 30min and no one ever came back to the counter. I wonder why the two guys were making pizza if they werent serving anyone. No "I'll be with you all in a min" or anything. I left, disappointed and without dinner. I think pizza hut gives this location supplies and this location, to keep pizza hut from suspecting their underground "true" business they put on a front that they are working i suspect. I really wonder what are they really running at this location. FBI should investigate or BBB...

Never again will I order delivery from pizza hut. Because they use door dash instead of actual delivery drivers you will now wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. And because it's door dash your pizza gets carried in thier car on trips to other delivery places you never ordered from.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and found the food to be satisfactory, meeting expectations for a casual pizza experience. However, what truly stands out was the superb service; consistently provided by the staff and management, who were attentive and friendly throughout my visit. Especially during the day after a hurricane that had burdened so many.

I would personally love to see the return of the garlic knots and the Pzone though, as they were standout items that added to the overall experience. Thank you for your efforts, and I look forward to my next visit!
