3rd time in a couple of weeks I have gotten pizza from them. 1st was fantastic, 2nd was a little undercooked but still very good pizza. Last nite was the 3rd time and was not the usual Killer Pizza, it was not good at all. Overcooked by quite a bit. Used web to order, will not do that again. Said my pizza would be done in 30 minutes, was there waiting for me in 16 minutes. I didn't know it was done early as I put my phone down and didn't see the text notification. I will make sure I call my order in next time. I will order again to see if this was an anomaly or just poor business. I am sure it was a one time error. Most times the pizza is excellent here.

Ordered a pizza and they wouldn't take the payment over the phone. When the wife got there they never made our pizza. The food is decent but very pricey if you order a specialty pizza. We've paid around $40 for four toppings and garlic knots. They do take a long time to make your food so, if you want to roll the dice on a hit or miss pizza place make sure you order early.

The only reason they got 2 stars was the service stood out was because the staff were friendly and polite over the phone. Delivery was faster than expected, which was a nice surprise—until the driver mentioned they had forgotten part of my order and needed to return for it.
While waiting, I started opening the rest of the food. I had ordered extra crispy wings, which was an option online, but there was nothing crispy about them. I only managed to eat two before peeling the rest and giving the meat to the dogs.
I also ordered two kids’ chicken tenders meals. I tried a bite and found the tenders watery and lacking flavor. Fortunately, the kids didn’t seem to mind. The fries were soggy, and none of the sauces I requested were included.
I thought my last order was six months ago, but it might have been longer—it was also a bad experience. Unfortunately, this time confirmed I won’t be ordering again.
To their credit, they did offer to remake the order, but I’m not comfortable receiving remade food after a complaint. They also offered a full refund, which I accepted. Cloe—who I believe is the manager—was sweet, very understanding, and sincerely apologetic over the phone.
So while the customer service was excellent, I wouldn’t return for the food unless I had absolutely no other option.

Ordered 2 cheese steak subs for delivery. Absolutely no to little meat on any sub.Been ordering for years from here.Very disappointed 😔 .used to be quality but not anymore.The food is great here but the staff definitely needs training.

The wings were terrible I ordered lemon pepper and got wings soaked in oil and garlic so much oil the wings almost floated away. The young male cook behind the counter looked very overwhelmed. will not be coming back

This used to be our go to for Italian food for over 10 years. NOT ANYMORE! We always order delivery. The last couple orders were disappointing. The food was not quality we had come to expect. We placed a large delivery order tonight ( close to $100). OMG. We didn't even have half of the order delivered and part of that was wrong. There was no care or concern used to put this order together. How bad could it be you may wonder. Let me tell you. The items that were missing were a large Greek salad, a side was salad, bread, the cannolli, and the cheese cake. We ordered penne with meatballs and they sent regular spaghetti. The calimari was cold and rubbery and the brusetta was not made with Italian bread. You'll love this one. They want the spaghetti and meatballs back if we want to have it replaced with the penne we ordered My question is.....what are they going to do with the order they want returned. I hope they aren't going to reheat it and sell it to someone else. I wish you luck. We won't eating anything from Scorpio's again.
