I love this Starbucks! They are consistent and my drink tastes the same every time. Luis, Jaycee, Roco, Landon, Tia, and Tina are all FANTASTIC! They are all so upbeat! I will drive from deland to this Starbucks all the time. Starbs manager, these employees are top tier. Thank you for creating such a great team!!!!

The service all the time is horrible the worker ignore the guess you say good morning and for nothing when the delivery driver go ignore very very bad service i think if continúe with this team Job 😡😤👎👎👎

AWFULL SERVICE … don’t attend a customer was there 15 mtos NOBODY Said good morning… how can i help u they ignored the people bad face like upsept so so badly with pickup driver please you need chance a team morning was there twice time this week and same attituted…. They looks like tired and upset … never happy … so so sad … awfull service .

I prefer going in to pick up my drinks then going through the drive-thru as the service seems better. I've yet to have a drink made wrong there. I do wish they would get more comfortable chairs though inside. Those do not make me want to sit and drink my coffee and eat something.

This Starbucks is decorated nicely and has a cozy vibe, but I ordered a breve and when I was getting ready to leave had to double check since I couldn’t taste any espresso. Opened the lid and yep just bright white. I went back to let the man at the counter know and he argued that a breve drink has never had espresso, it is and will only ever be just steamed half&half. Obviously I know better but it was just a weird conversation to have at a coffee shop and he was so confidently incorrect.

Consistency is key! Here you’ll find they’re consistently out of multiple products every other week. Also, a simple “hello” goes a long way in the service industry

How can they mess up a rewards app order drive thru?
Frappe were melted and not full all the way. Latte was also not filled all the way.
They even left out a frappe I paid for and almost forgot my latte. Line takes forever because clearly customers have to explain what they ordered over and over again.

Ordered my drink and a gift card. I asked for a receipt. The girl behind the counter told me they were out of paper. I asked if I have issues with the giftcard I don't have no proof of payment. She told me not to worry. Most likey will not return to this location

I concur with the 3.3 star rating . The Barista (Drive thru) greeted us with “Hey”, which I found somewhat informal. A traditional greeting, such as “ Good morning “, would be more suitable. It is unusual for strangers to be greeted in such a casual manner. Management may want to consider retraining staff on proper greetings and etiquette. Customers who patronize Starbucks deserve a higher level of service .

I love starbucks but most of the staff at this location seem like they don't care, my order is often late or wrong. If I order ahead why am I still waiting over 20 minutes after the order said it would be ready.

Horrible customer service and no accountability. Staff let me stand at the counter 15 minutes after pickup order was “ready.” Not one memeber of the staff asked if I needed anything, after I said I was missing my drink they found it at the drive thru counter. They then handed my drink to me like I was the one who put it over there without saying a word.
