Julissa was so rude. Bothered to do anything. Didn’t want to give us cream on the side. Didn't tell us the coffee was brewing so I went up to the counter to ask for it and she says “do you have a question?” with an attitude.

I don’t know how Starbucks is still in business. The culture of the people that work there has been completely ruined. Most of them are rude, bothered, entitled, like they’re doing you a favor. Not a single smile. Not a single pleasant person.

Do better

Ordered two breakfast wraps and both were cold in the middle, guess they just airfry frozen food which isn't worth it for that price..

Starbucks is very nice. But I don't understand what they dont get when someone tells them LIGHT ICE. They give you a cup full of ice. Its like they do it on purpose. Starbucks is expensive as it is to be paying for a cup of ice!

Coffee lights are always blinking for stale coffee. When I asked if that means it needs to be rebrewed, the lady said, “no, they just blink.” I ask for an Americano and it takes 10-15 minutes. I have been stopping here on my frequent trips to Tampa. Going to skip it going forward.

I said no sugar. It isn't funny to mess with someone's diet. No sugar means no sugar. This place is poison

I expect to get what I paid for. I ordered a venti and it had so much foam that it was a grande worth of latte. I asked to have it made again and still got the same amount minus foam. SMH.

I miss what it used to be. It just isn't the same anymore. I was a partner and was a shift supervisor for 5 years. Starbucks used to be where you went for quality and atmosphere. That's what you payed a premium for. Now you're paying a premium and not getting quality, and the lobby is stark and neither cozy or welcoming. I would like to add that this is NOT the fault of ANYONE at this or any Starbucks location. It's the fault of a cheap CEO and Starbucks losing its vision. If I'm going to pay a premium I'd rather spend it at a local coffee shop nowadays.

I work in orange city on Saturdays, and I’ve gotten the Apple crisp oat milk coffee, and it was really good the first few times. But this time, it didn’t taste good, it was bland, all I tasted was the blonde espresso roast, there no apple crisp flavor nor oat milk, and no sleeve came with it, I felt like who ever made my coffee was rushing and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. Overall, Starbucks is still a great place, just got them on a bad day I guess
