I absolutely didn't like the coffee I ordered. I took it home and fixed it. It took hours to drink it was so harsh. She said it was fresh made but tasted like yesterday's coffee sitting overnight.

Rachel argued with me over a drink she made incorrectly when it was made on a mobile order. She did not offer to fix the problem and argued through the drive thru for 2 minutes. Terrible experience would never go to this location again period.

This is by far that worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s the third time I’ve come here because it’s close to my house, but next time I’ll drive down the road. The girls are not nearly as nice here as they are at other Starbucks and they are SLOW. My husband just ordered a “large” latte like he always does we got up to the counter and she gave him a grande. He said “oh I said large should I have said something else?” She was very snotty said “you have to say Vente” and then they wouldn’t even scan our app for our points. Their coffees are not as good either. I’m sorry we tipped. Never will I come back.

While waiting in line, we observed a male with longish scruffy hair and beard (Not the younger looking employee) continually touch his face, mouth, beard, squeezed something on his face and rubbed his fingers together. He then picked at his armpits and walked over to observe the coffee machines. Then continued picking his arm hairs and not once washed his hands or put on gloves! Talk about almost puking right there. Please, manager! Look at the time video for 11/8/2025 at approximately 4:30. Will never come here again after witnessing all that!! Wow!!

The drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building. Service when you go into the store isn't any faster. Has to be the slowest Starbucks I have very been too. This doesn't matter what day of the week.

Was there for a holiday cup launch 11/06/25 that the employees stated there was four in stock and as soon as I got in the 3 young lady’s said there’s only one cup available and the person I. Front of me got the one. So I’m like where are the other 3? But I believe it makes sense since there was 3 employees and 3 cups that not are no longer in inventory supposedly. Mind you it was as soon as the location opened and the new sku was not yet live until opening. Very disappointed in my local establishment and visited frequently but now I may need to reconsider. I’m just shocked they would even treat us this way after being such loyal customers.

Imagine getting a venti drink with no ice and the drinks comes back halfway full as if someone drunk out of it . I didn’t mind the price but jeez this location sucks. They act like it’s being took out of their checks or something.
