TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First, the lady was taking her sweet time getting ready to take my order and talking like if there wasn't a whole line, then she proceeded to give a very nasty attitude and made the sandwiches with no care what so ever. We ordered a steak sandwich that had literally 4 pieces of meat, gave me one of my sandwiches wrong, and also dropped one of them since she was "in a rush". When we went to pay she was not focused and said she didn't charge us right and after we played she went and gave us someone else's receipt. 0/10 would not recommend this location. 1st and last time. Horrible service!!

I picked up three footlong Subs,1 cold cut,too much mayonnaise and the other two were the Philly,onions and peppers were almost raw, and the cheese was on the bottom on the bread, supposed to be on the top with the meat and peppers and onions,and way to much mayonnaise,it was a pickup order,I found out when I got home and didn't want to drive all the way back,this Subway is on Howland by Beef Brady's,If I want one again I'll have to go there place the order and tell them how I want it.

The two female employees are extremely rude, no idea how they got hired. Food is flavorless and the bathroom and overall cleanliness is disgusting. I walk in and the blonde girl is yelling at an elderly couple. 0/10 do not come here.

I don’t understand how you mess up a sandwich so badly, I ordered a Spicy nacho STEAK sandwich with the new bread.
1st off they gave me chicken, not sure how you made that mistake cause it’s 2 completely different meats, then they gave me a really stale and burnt Italian bread which is also the wrong bread.
Thank god I got a refund but whoever’s working there needs a reading lesson or something cause there’s no way you can confuse the 2 meats THAT badly

i will never ever go back in this subway again i have had subway from so many other stores and places that the customer service was better today they decided to open in a hurricane which was fine the subway manager was very unsanitary she had on gloves that she never changed nor even washed her hands that she touched the other persons food with and also touched her redbull can with the same gloves and started making our food and acted like she was the one paying for the subs when the customers are the ones paying for the food that gets touched by an unisanitary store manager and on top of that i figured out what she was doing when her and her employees told everyone entering that they were out of steak out of meatballs and were cash only when the lowes beside them were taking cards and cash the manager was pocketing the cash and were suppose to be turning it into corporate and was also running out of change

Went there for lunch today. Horrible experience. I walk in and there is a young girl complaining to her partner about things in the store cussing up a storm. So I place an order and long story short the guy asked her how to ring me out because I ordered the sub of the day. So she tells me it's 3 extra dollars for the foot long and I acknowledge by saying yup no problem. She starts repeating me and talking smack. Your place is dead and this is how your sale is treated? I'll be suprised if this place is here a year from now!

I just came to this store to order a sub with my husband and he only had one customer and he asked if we were picking up so we said no sir we are ordering . His words were ugh Jesus Christ and started mumbling. So we left the store because of the bad service we just received. Ppl like that shouldn’t be working if they don’t like giving good customer service.

I just went to the store where the guys got just one customer, he asked if we’re gonna order something and we say yes, he just put a mad face and shake his head saying no. Is there employees not ready to work with customer the better find another job

The whole experience was trash. The customer service was lacking. You can't see them make you're food anymore. The guy making the food had zero customer service skills. He was making the food and working the cash register even though there was another employee there. The small amounts of meat on the subs is ridiculous considering the prices. The veggies all looked old as well. The lettuce was starting to brown too. Over all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different subway or go somewhere else all together.

DON'T order with their app, go through Doordash. Placed a $26 order for two subs and qty 6 cookies...they charged me but forgot my cookies. I called and was told to go through doordash for a refund..I couldn't do that because I used their app to order (they utilize doordash for delivery). I ordered delivery because my vehicle is in the shop for a couple of weeks. Female on phone asked for my name and said they'd refund me. Never did. Called a week later (today) and they said I would have to come in to resolve it, can't do that for a while because of vehicle being repaired so no cookies and they kept my $ won't order from here ever again. I should've ordered from Publix subs are better and better service. They were out of the bread the sub called for and I wanted and my sub had so much dressing it was soaked-through and soggy..I know it sounds like Im just being petty now but they were honestly not good at all, certainly not worth $26. The only reason I did was because I wanted the cookies, which they forgot. And when they do forget something in your order or get it wrong be prepared to drive down there anyway to get a credit/refund...kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering?
It is way too $ to order online and not get everything you paid for.
