The girl was on her phone the entire time - on speaker. She was not friendly, did not pack the hot sub separate from the cold sub like I asked. The tuna sub was a mess and the bread was hard and stale. 90% chance we will travel out of our way to go to a different subway from now on.

My husband waited 20 min just to order 2 6 inch subs but one person working she was making 5 on line orders with 3 people waiting in front of him. So we never got subs because it was 7:30 pm!

Subs were a mess! Bread was hard and split down the back of the sub. Service was VERY slow, they were doing prep work while making our subs. Not the first time it has been like this, thought it was just a one off. Nope 3 different times and 3 different works same thing.

Ordered online to pick up 3 subs. Im so done with this location. The bread on my tuna (untoasted) was not day old, but tasted week old, dry, crumbling, discolored. Why is it prices go up but quality goes down? We are just going to prepare more meals at home, even in a hurry or busy day, Im sure we could whip up something better than this

Walked in a NO hi how are you welcome to subway.
Approached the counter and still no hi how may I help you
The girl was on her phone either talking to text or speaker. I said hi how are you today? Her response what kind of sandwich are you getting proceed to tell her and ask if I could get Mayo on the bread 1st. After putting ingredients on the sandwich I noticed the whole end of the bread was broken off and she was trying to keep the sandwich together.
I asked if we could start over because bread breaking off in my opinion was dry. She started with another bread and literally scooped all the ingredients from the 1st bread to put on the second sandwich. I walked out .
This was the 1st time in a LONG time we had come to this location.
Did not get the girls name but I won't go back if she's at the counter. Maybe I'll try another day and time. We like to support our local restaurants in Deltona just didn't have a great experience this time unfortunately.

@1:45 pm I enter subway to order me some food while taking a quick break. I notice how only 1 person was preparing the order behind the counter. As busy as she was she still did a GREAT job with the rushband making everyone food. Jobs was being order through the app and people steady coming through the door. She was Awesome!!!! Fast and still.made our sandwich look fresh and taste good. I honestly want to hire her for my business myself. She's worth every dollar! Anyone that can handle a rush like that by herself and still provide great services...... i take my hat off bc i would have just lock the door until i was able to catch up. Anyways whoever that young lady in there were i salute u. I will be coming back when i have more time and hopefully its not so busy so that i can offer my helping hand for a new opportunity. Hard workers like that are hard to find!
