I got food poisoning eating here on Thursday. Please train your employees to throw out the obviously bad lettuce. I tried picking it all off my sandwich but didn't save me from it. Also, the fountain drink machine isn't working yet which ought to be disclosed in advance. Every table was dirty and they were not busy so the tables should have been cleaned.

I bought 2 pretzels and I know it says pairs with sauce... Why only one when I bought 2 and have to pay for the second.... I will not come back unless I had to ... My husband loves your food and this is the only time I will ever say anything

There was a fly inside of the cookie case, flying around and landing on all of the cookies????, I told and showed the employee and all that was done, was letting the fly out. The employee DID NOT throw out all of the cookieās ???. Also, the area of the beverages has a (āweirdā) smell and is SUPER DIRTY

Joseph did an amazing job as he was a one man show. The drink machine had some hiccups and unfortunately after we told the young girl - she simply rolled her eyes and stated she did not know how to fix it.

I don't know what the problem is at this location but it should be closed. I get veggie footlongs and every time I come here they barely give me anything on my sub. No I'm not a vegan I just don't care for meat sandwiches but I still pay so why can't I have extra spinach or extra jalapeƱos without paying more?? I get the cheapest easiest sandwich but cannot get enough veggies. Ridiculous. And your staff is so rude and miserable if we the paying customers are such a bother to your staff that they have to stop and make us the customer a sandwich then maybe you should let them go work somewhere else. I will NOT recommend this location and I will never be back. Please Subway no need to respond with your automated apologies. You and I are done.

I order a wrap for myself and a kids meal sandwich in which all I got was a sandwich and not the rest of the kids meal itemsā¦so Iām really disappointed with this!

!!!BEWARE!!! buyers do not buy cookies from this location, my wife and I went in here for the first time in a while. while in there we seen flies all over the cookies, literally 4-5 flies on the cookies and several others trying to get on the other food, the guy working didn't say they weren't going to sell the cookies after informing him of the flies.
I go in and order a "dipper" was super excited to try it! As I'm standing waiting for boy to make it today june 30th 2024 @ 540PM he pulls his phone out if his pocket and is changing his music to his air pods he's wearing while make my food, doesn't take glove off to change music nor think to even change glove or even wash gloves. Disgusting!!! Continues making food and digging in food containers for ingredients. I walked out!

I'm personally calling Department of Restaurants. The bugs by the food, can you imagine what we can't see looks like. Subs are always a mess. Not put together correctly. We will use the location up the road.
