I work long 12 hour shifts, usually getting off around 3-4pm and most places are usually packed for lunch rush. However, whenever I go in no matter how busy there’s always this same African American young lady fast service, sweet attitude and very understanding. The convenience on top of the amazing service makes this place a must go for me, especially when I’m ready to go home after a long day.

Very unpresentable no customer service no face-to-face contact you walk into these machines and then they ask you dine in or dine out and there’s no place to dine in very disappointed. Will never visit Taco Bell again.

Picked up my online order, missing my sauces I paid extra for, called, said they would give me my sauces with an extra fry, went and picked it up, soon as I got home I saw it wasn’t even the sauces I paid for, it was just cheese. Never picking up from them again.

Been delivering all night. Walked in through front door that was literally half open (stuck open) 2 steps from the restroom and employee rudely tells me they are closed. Kate needs to train some of the kids to be courteous, no matter what the circumstances.

I have order a nacho bell grande and it was not covered in meat or cheese and I will add a picture I also got nacho fries and and I open the bag and there all over the place like they just threw them in there as well as there new salted caramel churros if you are wanting to try those don’t because they are disgusting I would highly recommend to not go to this Taco Bell if I was you go to the one on Elkcam or enterprise I am very disappointed and rude staff the staff was rude as heck

Almost $100 order and the food is not fresh, burnt and part of the order was incorrect. How difficult is it to read a screen? How does basic quesodilla have more in it than a quesodilla woth added meat and cheese?
Clearly management here needs to be replaced or restrained. I would encourage somebody from manage to reach out.

The service was horrible. The employees are so nasty and rude. We asked to talk to a manager and they said there was no manager on duty. I said, that's bull. You have to have a manager. They said no that they didn't have one. We ordered on the app and the app screwed app the order. We told them when we went in, and they said that wasn't our problem. It was through the app. You have to do it that way to get a refund. We ended up ordering it again, and it ended up that we spent almost $50, and we're still trying to get a refund. But the place doesn't open and until Monday. And I have called multiple times trying to talk to a manager. And nobody will pick up the phone. I just went there again to ask to talk to a manager. And they said there was no manager there that I could speak to. This is complete. Bull I would never go back there again. The next thing is, I am going to the corporate office to complain.They need to do something with this store

It’s so bad. I live close by so I come here when in the mood for some Taco Bell. Every single time I have left feeling more disgusted and let down. No food is safe here except maybe the nacho fries but you literally cannot mess up nacho fries. Nothing is good and the girls are nice but not in a food service nice. Like bad at orders and bad at food prep. Cold food and you can taste the disgusting grease they use to make their food and how they haven’t changed it. Go to Elkcam I regret going to this one.

Too bad 0 stars is not an option. I’ve never received such a combination of horrible service, horrible food and overall horrible experience. I placed an order around 4:00 for a pick up time at 7:30 for when I get out of work. At 4:30 I received a message on my TB app indicating that my “order is ready for pick up” (???). While I was still working, I called this location and I had to call 4 times until someone finally picked up. The person I spoke to assured me that my order was not yet prepared and that it would be ready when I came to pick it up at 7:30. I arrive at 7:30… my order is not ready. I was told they “prepared my food at 4:30 and since no one came to pick it up, they threw it away!” (???) I said that’s not what you told me when I called earlier. I was told their ticket showed 4:30 when my app order clearly showed 7:30. The employee rudely said I’m making you a fresh order right now, it’ll be ready shortly. The whole purpose of how I placed my order was to have it ready for pick up when I got there. My wife asked if we could get some kind of credit for the error on their part and inconvenience, we were told “you’re getting a fresh order so no.” Our Mexican pizza tasted burnt and old/stale, our burritos were cold… so much for our “fresh order”. (tasted like they gave us the original 4:30 order instead!) I wouldn’t go back to this horror show of a restaurant if I was starving. Avoid this place, go to the Enterprise or Elkcam locations instead… it’ll be worth the longer drive.
