As breakfast and lunch spots go, this Waffle House does just fine. Sure, the building’s showing a bit of age, but that doesn’t mean it’s dirty — far from it. Everything looked clean to us. Service? No complaints whatsoever. Our server was quick, friendly, and even offered a few good menu suggestions. She even directed us away from a “cold” table that was under the HVAC supply grill. The menu itself is standard Waffle House fare, but there’s still plenty of variety for breakfast lovers. We stuck with breakfast, though the sandwiches coming out of the kitchen looked tempting. My eggs were cooked perfectly, the grits were spot-on, and the waffle hit the mark. Our only gripe was the bacon — good flavor, but way too salty. Next time, I’ll go for the sausage instead. And honestly, I still can’t figure out how The Cocky Rooster keeps showing up as the “best restaurant in Deltona.” Maybe I was in the wrong place, because our experience there was the worst morning meal we’ve ever had. A complete mystery. Give this Waffle House a try — its open 24 hours, reliable, and you won’t leave disappointed.

this place is great! the prices of everything is much cheaper than where i’m originally from (columbia) not only was that great but the food was plenty enough to fill us up for a while! and even had enough to go. amber was our waitress and she was working so hard and did a great job at remembering everything for us and doing the best service we’ve got in a while! i highly recommend

I just had what I would consider pretty crappy experience. I guess you have to go to waffle House with a bunch of people at 3 AM in order to be served properly because I went in there tonight. Solo. I ordered an All-Star. the waitress brings over the syrup, the butter ask me if I want jelly for my toast I say yes please. they bring me my food minus the waffle. I eat the food but never got the waffle. But I didn’t make a big deal of it. I just said hey I never got the waffle like they shouldn’t charge me for it. The cook goes to the waffle cookers and pulls out this waffle says don’t you want it? I said no I already ate my food. I’m done and they say take it to go. They pack it up. I go to pay for it, and the woman doesn’t even give me the waffle as I stand there paying. , but the reason I find it funny is after everything I saw today on the TikTok app everybody talking about how China blows us away why there’s so much better than us Well tonight I think I got a firsthand experience of why, if you can’t work at a waffle house and do it correctly. We got problems.
Oh and she never brought the jelly either. Lol.
