I went to wendyst his afternoon I got a cob salad a a fry and drink.While I was waiting for my meal I went to get my drink.I got a fanta orange drink when I went to get my meal the lady serving me said look at your shirt it has orange sprayed on the front when I looked down at my shirt it was sprayed with orange liquid.when I complained I was told there was nothing they could do so I called for the manager he said the same with a don't give a damn attitude when I complained further the gave me a $20 gift card with the attitude that is all you are getting so I left wendys out about 30 dollars I will give the gift card to my grand daughter but I will not give them my business.

Expect every time you go there your order is literally done incorrect and no professionalism. Had a simple order that was messed up. I have to go back to pick up what I purchased and everyone is confused. People are playing around in the background no courtesy I worked in fast food if you’re in the drive-through double check the bag before giving it to the customer but they’re so busy fooling around. No one is even checking. Nothing is done right

The food is getting worse every time we have decided to give it another try. We wasted $50 this time. Not coming back. 6 fries directly to the trash! Unfortunately, It's not the same at all. We used to love Wendy's.

This location is not good. My food was cold again. The workers in the drive through cannot show basic manners such as a fake smile, eye contact or a greeting.

Every time I come here my fries and nuggets are cold. I literally just got my food FREEZING COLD.... like they been sitting out and not under a warmer. I didn't go back to complain cause I just got off work and have no energy to debate with these folks on Christmas eve will be disputing this shyt off my card. Trash location. Person at front window was kind the only thing good about this place. I'm going to call wendys corporate cause this has been going down hill for MONTHS

I dont know how this location stays in business. Why i keep giving them another chance. Horrible place to grab the garbage we eat. Besides being that, we get it served cold 🥶 when we request cook to order due to this reason. Either they need hearing aids, or they are there just for a paycheck with no customer service skills whatsoever! I do pray that the franchise owner, corporate, distric manager, or someone who does have any of the skills doing what they get paid for will read these reviews and get their job done. I would dare any of my former employees when i managed fast food, to have this type of service or customers complaints when they were properly trained to provide the best service possible to the public that paid our checks and kept us employed. I will take my business to their competitors that provides much better service and listens to our request when we purchase our meals, they're aren't free, so we should get what we pay for.
Im tired of trashing the garbage that's given to us and the money i spend there. Whether it is $40 or $60 spent there, it's money that we work hard for. Another issue, they never answer their phones, but you can see everyone fraternizing when you go there. No cares about doing what they're supposed to do while on the company time clock.
If i were to take over as GM at many stores around, I'll be cleaning house, sending most on a permanent vacation...

I just left here and they lost business from me. I went to place and order at the drive thru and they had a robot taking the order. It started good but then everything went quiet and heard a human voice that I couldn’t understand. I tried to place my order but then everything went silent again so I got frustrated and left. I went elsewhere where I don’t have to deal with this stupidity.
