Saw a poster for a strawberry shake on their window. Saw it on the menu too. Asked for two shakes. Associate said shake machine is broken. Did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer alternatives.

order mozzarella sticks they have either have forgotten them or they have forgotten the sauce between ordering through door dash or drive

I didn't check out the reviews until i placed my order so I was a bit nervous. Not a huge fan of fast food but hadn't had Arby's in YEARS and loved it when i was younger.. needed a quick bite. The wait time was longer than expected in my mine due to there was only one car ahead of us. I was happy because i thought everything would be fresh and hot. The roast beef was kind of warm and so were the fries. Taste was ok and what I remembered but would have been great if it was hot. Also order a chicken sandwich plain and it wasn't plain. (Luke warm at best. Should have given 2 stars but the service was very good and we ate the food. Will not be returning for sure. I'll wait another few years before i have Arby's again but not this location.
