Ordered through DoorDash. They did not have 3 different flavors. After I agreed to substitutions, they cancelled my entire order (per the restaurant's request) without any further communication.

Came in with 5 kiddos. Carol did such an amazing job. She was so sweet, and helpful. She said her manager quit today and she had to do it all by herself and figure things out. She was awesome and just the sweetest lady! She said she was thrown into the wolves but she did such a great job!! Thanks Miss Carol!! Loved my Cappy(cappachino blast) the kiddos loved their ice cream. Hope you are there when we come back!

Terrible employee, she seemed pissed that we came in and was texting on her phone while we were waiting to be served, so my wife told her “it seems like you don’t want us here so we’re just gonna leave” and she faked smiled and said “okay have a nice day”.

Asked for a strawberry milkshake, recieved a large cup of strawberry milk. Do not recommend, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. and we waiting in the drive trew for 30mins.

Little disappointed, I ordered a polar pizza for my son’s birthday and all the toppings were left off, we order one every year and this has NEVER been an issue. Doesn’t looked finished.

I walked in hoping to get some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. I asked the girl working how her day was going. She just stared at me looking annoyed. I noticed the ice cream looked like it had freezer burn. I asked her another question and she just silently stared at me again. I turned around and walked out. It was so strange.

When I first walked in, I wasn’t sure if the employee hated her job or she just didn’t like it… no personality, no charisma, no interaction, just waited for us to order. When we mentioned that the ice cream we were looking at was freezer burned, she looked at us like she wasn’t sure if we were serious or just showing off our ability to spot ice on things. I’ve lived here since 1988 and I’m happy to spend more money at Shakes. (Shout out to Shakes)… I think I just get irritated when people aren’t good at their job. Oh my… I’ve been going to baskin Robbin’s since I was a kid, all of the ice cream at this location is freezer burned. When I pointed it out to the worker she basically grunted and said nothing else. Worst location I’ve ever been too and worst service. Don’t waste your money.

I arrived at 6:10pm on a Sunday. No one was visible upfront. I had to call and say hello a few times before anyone came from the back. The young lady told me they close in a few minutes. I asked what’s a few minutes? Her reply at 7pm. She then told me the BR side was closed. What I don’t understand is how is DD side open but the BR side isnt? It’s part of the same company!
