I arrived at 6:10pm on a Sunday. No one was visible upfront. I had to call and say hello a few times before anyone came from the back. The young lady told me they close in a few minutes. I asked what’s a few minutes? Her reply at 7pm. She then told me the BR side was closed. What I don’t understand is how is DD side open but the BR side isnt? It’s part of the same company!

We asked for a coffee coolatta in the drive thru and the lady replied, “what is that?” We heard some arguing back and forth and someone else came on the intercom and tied to take our order. We asked for the same thing and they said they didn’t have that and tried to offer other flavors. We didn’t bother to order at that point and just drove away. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! They were so rude and didn’t seem to know what they we’re doing

Just don't. An ice cream place that doesn't even know how to make a banana split. Milkshake is basically flavored milk. Rude workers. Just go somewhere else.

We are locals, and stop here, when we are out. Every time they are out of Vanilla ice cream, for their specialty drinks. How is this even possible to be out that often. The works don't seen to happy to take your also.

We love going to Baskin Robbins locations on vacation as we don't have any near home. This location is closer to our hotel. We went on a Sunday night and they only had 5 flavors of ice cream available and noted to my family they would not have more until Thursday (5 days). My wife got me peanut butter and jelly flavor as it was the closest to the flavor I asked for. It was absolutely aweful!!!! We will not return to this location. It is a tarnish to the brand.

We were very much looking forward to being able to have Baskin Robbins as we don’t have one in our home state, but not only were they out of virtually every flavor (I wish I were exaggerating), one of the employees made it her personal mission to treat each customer with absolute disdain and then left her coworker to clean up her many messes and unhappy customers. Please please don’t go.
