A great place for a special occasion. Food was next level and sunset view was spectacular. We will definitely revisit.

Nice and cozy small restaurant. Service is accurate, food is good, not great. They advertise buffalo mozzarella in their salad. Ours was NOT buffalo mozzarella. The tuna was good, a little too salty. Somewhat overpriced for a less than perfect offering

Good food, excellent service. Our two online special requests, made when we set the reservation, went unacknowledged and unfulfilled, which was very disappointing.

We were so exited to try this place out. We made reservations and requested outdoor seating. When we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty, except one family dining inside. We asked if our table was outside to which the rude hostess told us she only had 1 table available outside. It was literally the worst table outside and the outside tables remained open the entire time we were there. The only redeeming thing was the food and our waiter. We likely won't ever go back.

We've dined here several times over the years and were disappointed that service and food were not as good as previous visits. The restaurant was busy and may have been short staffed. We'll be back hoping it was just an off night.

The food was amazing. Everything looked and tasted great. The view is perfect and very romantic. Unfortunately the service is lacking. From the hostess that greeted us. She was not very welcoming. Then our waiter never poured our wine after our initial glass. We had a bottle at the table but he never came back to fill us up. Additionally we had said it was for a birthday celebration when we booked but didn't get acknowledged.

The food and service was amazing. Definitely the best of the restaurants that we tried while in Destin. I got the snapper with corn risotto while my wife got the fried chicken. The portions were large and the taste was great. This is not an inexpensive restaurant but worth it. Our server was great.

Wonderful experience and food. There was a rehearsal dinner going on so it was louder than we were expecting but that didn't take away from the wonderful food and service. We will be back!

Dinner here is always wonderful. Sitting on the veranda looking at the sunset, stars & ocean combined with delicious food makes this a five star experience.

Food was delicious, but quite pricey for what we got. A vegetarian dish of risotto with a few pieces of zucchuni (while incredibly delicious) for $45 is kinda silly. Service was excellent. Atmosphere beautiful.

Make reservations for sunset and request a table outside. Incredible view and you'll have the best photos! Great romantic dinner spot and it's an adult only restaurant and inn. Server had a great personality but seemed over-booked so wasn't able to be as attentive as she should have been. Had to flag down the maître d', who was fantastic, to return both filets that were undercooked. The fried chicken is really good but is a huge portion (half chicken) and $45 which seems exorbitant. Bottom line: You will have a great meal, unbeatable views, but it will be expensive. YOLO!

Restaurant is beautiful! Service was extremely slow, which could've been because there was a wedding going on. But it took more than 45 minutes for our dinner to be served after the appetizer. The girl refilling my water glass was exhausted. Given the price point, we expected better. The snapper was bland. Only thing I could taste was char, which was disappointing.

The atmosphere was good and our waitress was good but for the price point the food was mediocre at best. The Caprese salad did not have enough balsamic reduction and no basil. The crab cake was good but the breading was a bit thick. The grouper and potato cake had the same breading as the crab cake and made for a very brown plate. There was not enough sauce on the grouper and the fish itself was wet and mushy (we thought it must have been frozen). The haricot vert were just regular green beans which were overcooked. The snapper was well cooked but the potato straws were oily (not sure but it may have been truffle oil). The corn risotto was undercooked and disappointing. I ordered an old fashioned and was not asked what bourbon I wanted or was available and it was made with regular ice. All of this could have been OK at a lower level establishment but with prior reviews and the price pint we were really expecting more.

If you want everything in a restaurant, this one has it - location, scenery, ambiance, outstanding staff and exceptional food.

Definitely the best option in that general area. We ate there a second time (ordered meals to take to our room). If we ever go back to the Henderson Inn/resort area, we would probably eat there again. The shrimp and grits were the star of the 4 dishes we ordered.
