Went here for V day after another establishment dropped the ball and we had to figure something out last minute. They were extremely accommodating given the situation and the server, Annie, was really sweet helping us with my girlfriend’s dietary restrictions and made the experience even better. Couldn’t be more thankful for this establishment saving our day.

We made reservations, they kept telling us that we needed to wait another 15 minutes another 20 minutes and we did that 45 minutes went by. It was on Valentine’s Day. The whole reason why we made a reservations because we knew that it would be busy. The place was crowded. They overbooked. they were not prepare. They said that their kitchen crashed. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would never come to this Location again to celebrate anything special.

Usually service is impeccable but tonight was terrible. Waitress forgot to put our order in so we waited 15 or 20 minutes before she realized this. Took our order a second time and she said our Bread would be right out. Wrong. The appetizer finally came and we asked the food runner could we please have some bread which he immediately brought. We had to wait again for the rest of our food. At least a 10 or 15 minute AFTER we had finished the appetizer. I sat my empty water at the edge of the table as a cue but she didn't pick up on that. I asked for our check and a to go box and had to wait another 15 minutes or so and finally the food runner came by and he brought me the box. When we finally got the check she disappeared and left me with a pen that was out of ink and she disappeared. I ended up taking the check to the hostess stand and asked if they had a pen i could use. Bonefish usually has the best service in the industry but not tonight thanks to Cheyenne.

We stopped by for lunch. It was beyond delicious. The best part it was warm inside. We really enjoyed coming here,but it is always way toooo cold. Today was nice warm. Our server Lacey is awesome.
