I’ve cream is good, but NOT for the prize or the size you get. My husband got a small in a cup and I got a small in a cake cone and he literally got DOUBLE the amount I got. I showed the comparison to the girls working and they just blankly starred at me. Not worth it.

I went here a few times, every time there were multiple rats near the dock where you sit. Even getting close to us and other customers.
They also treat the staff poorly from what i have seen

Got there a at 8:59 and they refused our service because they already shut the register down even though their hours online says open till 9:00pm. Terrible service and to get turned away even though we were there right before 8:00 when they closed! Won’t be going back here!

Beautiful evening sitting outside. The cashier made my banana split with bad black Bananas and tangy Strawberries(ready for the trash). Not worth $11. Very disappointed 😞

The young man that served us was very polite and friendly. He offered us to taste the ice cream before making our final choices. Considering that this is actually a “standalone “ restaurant (no indoor seating), there were plenty of tables to choose to sit. In fact, there was a whole patio of tables to choose from. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the ice cream I chose had a bit of a freezer-burn taste to it, however it didn’t stop me from eating the whole thing ?

i went here today around 12:30. i come here a lot. I was waiting for about 24 minutes and didn’t get served. it says it was open but it didn’t look like it. there was no workers at all.

We pulled into Bruster’s at 9:36pm. There was a long line and 1 person was working the front. We had several members of our family so we let a couple go in front of us to be nice RIGHT when we got up to order. When we got to the window at 10:01 the blonde working told us she would only sell us cones or cups bc they were closed. I explained that we arrived at 9:36 and bc we had to wait so long in line that’s why it was now 10:01. I asked her if she would make a shake or sundae and she refused. She was rude and told me I was rude so she would not make a shake or sundae. She had made a shake for the ppl that were ahead of the ppl we let go in front of us. I noticed a girl working in the back but she never assisted the blonde that refused to serve what we wanted while we stood in line for 24 minutes. This is fall break. We have been coming here for years. It’s terrible that only 1 person was running the front and even worse that after you wait in line that long you are told they will not serve what you waited for. We left. I doubt we will ever be back. I mentioned writing a review and she even mentioned yelp. How rude. I think the owner needs to know what kind of employee she has working at this business and how she treats ppl.
