Super slow service. Ran out of silverware like what? also was told that they didnt have enough change to give me my change back. Took twenty minutes to get us water.

Nicholas took great care of us. Food and atmosphere were top notch

was told our wait was 45 min, ended up waiting over an hour +, food was not worth the price, mixed drinks weren’t strong and took a long time to get. Server was friendly but had to redo our checks several times.

We had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated when there was almost nobody in the restaurant. After we were seated we sat for 15 more minutes and nobody came to our booth. When we finally had had enough we started to get up and some bald guy who's shirt was hanging half out started toward our table stating (well I was coming) When he had been watching us the whole time we had been sitting there. Worst service exeperiance we have ever had. I WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER BUBBA GUMP EVER ANYWHERE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The food exceeded expectations and when you go, ask for Chris. He was AMAZING. His customer service made our experience a fantastic one.

we’re from the midwest, came to FL for my sister’s birthday. Kylie was our waitress and she was super nice and helpful. the restaurant was busy and they seemed to be missing people, but the staff was still helpful. we had a reservation for 7:45, got seated by 8 ish, and didn’t get our food until 9:25, finally left before they closed at 10. my moms plate was hot, but the food wasn’t. the scampi i had was not entirely cooked, but the jennie’s lemonade drink i had was super yummy. they took our request of taking a discount, so they seemed to understand.

Nicholas was amazing fun and kept the night moving. Food service and questions were great.

We came in to eat with our family (we are local) while it is a slower time of the year. We were seated immediately and were welcomed by Austin. He was a great server. He always made sure we had what we needed. He did a little Forrest Gump trivia with us, which was fun! Our drinks were always full! Austin was great!

Great spot. We stopped for lunch and shared the 16 once Ribeye steak with grilled shrimp. It was plenty to share for lunch. The steak was done to perfection, as was the shrimp. Our waitress was amazing and gave me the Forest Gump triva test! I did better than I thought I would.

Shrimp was over cooked took almost 20 mins for food not even 5 mins after leaving the food made me very sick and I’ve been throwing up since I got home won’t be going here again

Service was good. We went at 5pm on a Saturday and it was empty. The food was average.

Vegetarian options: All they had was a subpar salad. It looked like they emptied a cheap bagged salad intimate my plate and charged $15 for it.
