Came here for the first time yesterday and it was great! Short wait it the waitress was so nice and cool! She was very patient and explained how everything worked since it was our first time. I’d love to come back. Food was great as well.

The food had no flavor and the drinks tasted as though they skipped the alcohol. The service was nice for a large party but overall, awful experience. Will not return.

Came on Monday April 1,2024 and I have to say after wanting to try this place due to Forrest Gump the hype definitely wasn’t there and I was highly disappointed. We pulled into the parking lot mind you during spring break at 2pm and not many vehicles were in the parking lot which should have been a sign to avoid this place and eat local instead. Anyway, we go inside get seated immediately and I will say the best thing about this visit was the staff as they had great hospitality and were very friendly and polite. Onto the food it felt like our food took forever and when it got the table I was was very disappointed by the presentation for one and two the flavorless food. We’ll start with my meal, I ordered the baby back ribs which were $28 and I have to say biggest waste of money, the rack for that price should of been a full rack with the meat falling off the bone, instead I got rubbery ribs that Applebees could of out cooked for sure. The bbq sauce was just your ordinary base and nothing special by any means and honestly felt like the ribs were placed in the sauce just before it was brought out. The wire ordered a shrimp po boy and she wasn’t thrilled at all and didn’t eat even half because there was no flavor. My kids had fish sticks, chicken tenders, and a pizza. My kid took a single slice of the pizza and immediately put it back down and only wanted the French fries, out of curiosity I tried a life of the pizza and I had to spit it out honestly was inedible. I’m not sure if they straight up used marinara instead of pizza sauce for the pizza but I have never had a bad slice of pizza before trying whatever the hell that was. Our bill was nearly $100 for 2 adults and 3 children. The coolest thing about the place is all the Forrest Gump memorabilia and the Jenny boat plate for the kids. Maybe it’s just this location but I can truly say I will never come back which really sucks to say. If you want to have bland food with a high tab try this place but other than that don’t bother wasting your time. To add my last portion of this review the place was dead the atmosphere was just so depressing there was about 4 other families in the restaurant and honestly this place just wasn’t it.

JC behind the bar is amazing!!!!Our family has a thing about bubba gump shrimp. They’re always nice. We have to go to one on vacation. Our night had been stressful so when we went in, everyone wasn’t in the best of moods. JC helped us and was so good it completely changed the evening. Hats off to JC, he deserves a raise.

We dropped into Bubba Gump hungry after 8pm on Easter Sunday. We were greeted warmly and served incredibly well by Emmy. Rarely have we experienced such friendly service. The food was incredibly good and the experience was unforgettable.

I do not recommend spent over 200$ on food that’s not even
Tabitha and Other Manager Catylin unfortunately I don’t think they should not be managing any restaurant. Customer Service was beyond me the Food was Horrible no seasoning. This is not the place to go if you’re looking for good flavored food. But my Waiter JC was absolutely on point.
