They took 40 something minutes through the drive-through they overcharged me by $30. The manager won’t call me back won’t get on the phone. I will be going and reporting this higher up. I’m waiting for a call back. I have left messages. This was on Thursday, October 19 at 2 o’clock Where they charged me 30 something dollars for my order that was not that amount I keep reaching out I’ve left messages and now they got their phone off the hook while the employee was trying to figure out what to be doing. He looks like he was a new employee. The manager wasn’t doing much to help. He did not know how to work the cash register and overcharge my card. They did not give a receipt and our food was horrible like our ketchup running over the sandwich and tomatoes were the tomatoes were old. The lettuce was old and wilted, and I even told them and shut the window on me.
Worst Burger King I have tried to visit. At 5pm only 2 cars in front of me but after 20 minutes had to pull out of the drive thru. All started with the person working the drive thru speaker having nothing but an attitude when we tried to order a couple of cheeseburgers and fries, that’s it, nothing special or extravagant. Drive a few miles in either direction to avoid this train wreck of a “fast” food establishment.

While on vacation in Destin Fl in August, 2024, we (Afican Americans) stopped to grab a burger at this location and the service staff (African dialect) got into a really heated, I mean heated argument in front of customers. It got so bad and was so loud, they were in each other's face screaming and yelling and didn't even think to consider how it might have looked to the few customers that were there. We thought to call the cops to defuse the situation, but didn't ?!!! The young lady at the front counter was calm and so embarrassed and apologized for our bad experience...Needless to say, we will NOT BE GOING BACK to this BK ever!!! IT WAS CRAZY!!! This BK is on 98 West about a half mile down on the right pass Gulfshore Drive. Management will be notified!!!

I with I could give this location and this employee a worse rating. I ordered a double whopper bun less , I’m on keto, and specified no sauces. BK always serves it like a salad this way. Nope, this superstar wrapped it like a regular burger without a bun, and added extra ketchup. They also used the smaller whopper jr patties for whatever reason. Guess that’s what get for being white and in a Tesla, black kid getting hourly paid really stuck it to me as hard as he could.

Wow what happened to ‘BK have it your way??’ My son has food allergies so I always order just the burger with no bun… I pulled up and asked for that and the guy said ‘ sorry we can’t make any substitutes’ and I said ‘okay can I order just a burger with no bun? ‘ he again said ‘ no they all come with a bun you have to have it!’
Since he has allergies I can’t just rip it off the burger. You’re telling me I have to order exactly what’s in the picture??? What happened to this place. Please change your song and slogan to ‘ BK have it OUR way or no way!!!’ Will not order at this location again!

Had two vehicles in front of me at drive through. Waited over 5 mins to get to the speaker. Waited another few mins to order. Once we got to the window, manager requested us to pull to the front to wait for our food. Waited another 10 to 15 mins before we decided to go in to check on our food. They were unorganized and the manager was yelling at the employees to get it together. We finally got our food after another 5 mins. Very disorganized business. The food was decent, but not as good as the BK back where I live.
