Have been many times. Used to be my go-to in Destin. It's been 18 months since we last visited, and I think portion sizes have gotten ridiculously small since then. Either charge less, or raise prices to provide appropriate portions.

We accidentally came across this place two years ago when we drove to Destin while vacationing in PCB and LOVED it! We came back this year and plan to every year after! Love the food and the staff are always kind! We made it a point to visit on wet Wednesday to get free queso inside our burritos! That’s one thing that made our first trip memorable. It was funny and catchy when the gentleman taking our order explained that to us. Thank yall for great service, God bless!

Burito del Sol in Destin has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly, but unfortunately there were a few points that weren't convincing. While the taste of the burrito was okay, it was nothing exceptional. What particularly bothered me was the paper that was underneath the burrito. It became so soft from the juices and sauces that it almost stuck to the food and I almost ate the paper. This was really unpleasant and significantly spoiled the dining experience. So overall it's okay, but with room for improvement.

Our fav spot from FWB, in Destin. Burrito Del Sol is a local fav. The blacked shrimp burrito baja with queso is our fav! And now open on Sundays!
We ate here on our family vacation July 2024. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend for a casual environment with fantastic food.

I recently went on vacation July 15 through the 19th, 2024 in Destin, Florida. Burrito Del Sol was one of the stops and this was by far one of the best restaurants that I have been to!! The food was so good. There were others that dined here with me and needless to say, we all ate every bit of our food and no one had anything left over to take to go. lol That’s how good the food was!!! The atmosphere was very casual and the server who greeted us was very friendly and thorough in explaining how the ordering process worked.
