Didn’t give us the correct size for our drinks, and the cappuccino came half full so not recommend

I always get a latte and a donut here. They are always amazing! Old Fashioned and Filled are my favorites!

Closed at 4:45 on a Friday. No one who works here cares at all.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the poor service my family and I received during our recent visit to Charlie’s cafe on May 30th, 2025. While we were in the process of making a purchase, my child urgently needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the employee on duty refused to provide the restroom code until our payment went through, even though we were clearly in the middle of a transaction. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation. The employee showed no sympathy and displayed inhuman actions towards us.

This lack of understanding and rigid enforcement of policy, especially in a situation involving a child was both disappointing and frustrating. We expect basic human decency and customer service, particularly when we are paying customers. I would appreciate if this matter could be looked at and addressed appropriately. I hope that your staff can be reminded of the importance of customer care and handling sensitive situations with more compassion.

Food looked like picture..but tomatoes were very cold and avocado was less than tasteful. Wasn't the employees fault..just wasn't expecting it to be so cold for toast.

Cute little shop but dude at the counter couldn't care less we walked in. Didn't greet us or anything just took our order and flipped the thing around to pay, didn't even know what my total was. Got the breakfast flatbread and a tallyccino coffee was gross and the flat read was nothing impressive.

I just had the BEST sandwich ever @ Charlie’s cafe… the roasted Turkey avacado on wheat berry bread. (Wheat berry bread was a vegan option and I am not vegan but the clerk taking our order recommended it… man was she spot on!!) So fresh and amazing!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

If you like Starbucks vanilla sweet cream, this is not the place to find something like it. The cold brew was watered down and flavorless. The donuts were dense and cold.
The staff was nice and service was quick!

It was a very scenic and short golf cart ride from where we were staying and we popped in for a quick bite for breakfast. Everything was hot and fast and tasty just like I want it. It was so good in fact after everyone had initially eaten what we ordered it first we just had to get more

I wanted to purchase Tillamook ice cream at 8 am but I managed to control myself. Great coffee, excellent croissants, and a friendly vibe. I’ll be visiting a latte more times.
