Charlie's Café at Baytowne Wharf

Perfect place from ice cream to donuts to breakfast and sandwich the have it all and it’s all delicious. They cater to different needs because of my allergies they were perfect fit. Made my vacation a lot less stressful.

I came in with a wedding group and the reception to almost 40+ caffeine deprived ppl early in the morning was amazing. They took the time out to have conversations with us; asking about the wedding and made us feel welcomed. They were fast and accurate for just two persons. You could tell they love what they are doing. Loved it.

I went on vacation with my family and the customer service was top tier. The lady at the front took the time out to make my son feel special and even gave him a free donut. Definitely going back

decent breakfast spot. The service I received was poor, I would’ve appreciated more help with the menu, also she barely gave me the time to text my receipt which I found to be rude. I ended up getting a bagel, it was okay (microwaved egg ruined it for me). Atmosphère is nice, many menu options to pick from.

Exceptional espresso - super smooth.
We had a large cappuccino and a large cappuccino with white mocha. Both were delicious with well balanced flavors.
Employees were friendly as well!
This will be our morning coffee stop while we are in town. Glad we found them on morning one.

I am writing to express my concern about the employees at your shop. I went in to check out your menu and the girl who was working came out under a black apron underneath a cabinet or shelving unit in the end by the windows. This looked really weird to me. On the way out I saw that she went back under the black apron and appeared to be taking a nap. This was at 1:00 on a Sunday and might have been a slow time, but really, sleeping on the job? Very disappointing!

Had a good experience at Charlie’s in Destin at the wharf, breakfast burrito and donuts were on point, coffee and service was good, the matcha latte needs a little work lol but overall good experience, will definitely be back. Thanks to the staff!!!
