That's a long time customer of China. One it was once my favorite Chinese place. But ever since Coco has left, the food has slowly but surely continue to go downhill tonight. I could not even eat it and Threw it out! I got sweet-and-sour chicken. The sweet-and-sour sauce was watered down So bad where it had no flavor. The pork fried rice had like 2 little pieces of pork in it and the rice was not that good And the grease. That the chicken was cooked in seemed old. China one has got their last business from me unless they change dramatically in their quality of food.

The beef lo mein was good. Was served on a dollar tree paper plate. No glass of water. Only plastic bottle. I hate to say anything bad about these nice folks, but the hot/sour soup tasted like it was cooked in dawn dishwashing liquid. It was an awful experience and a waste of 20 bucks.

Amazing food for under $10. I ordered a small veggie/chicken rice for $6.50. The staff were quick, responsive and accommodating. The preparation was also quick. Atmosphere is tight they do their best to keep it maintained and cleaned.Overall, my experience here has been great.

On Friday, August 4th, 2023, I ordered the Chef's Special, S9. Szechuan Shrimp. I only eat seafood on Fridays, because I'm Roman Catholic, and this dish was incredibly delicious! I've never tried it before. It was so yummy and perfect. It has a delicious sauce and seasoning and all the vegetables were my favorites and the shrimp were so plump and big and fresh and delicious! I had plenty of leftovers for another meal, too. It was served with white rice, and a fortune cookie. What I love about China 1 is you can get any extra sauces in packets that you want, they have a wide variety of sauce packets, too, and more fortune cookies, and utensils. They have chopsticks, too, which I love and they always include some sauce packets and utensils in your bag when you order food to go or to be picked up. I also love their white rice because it's cooked perfectly right, unlike another place I tried that had watery rice and still another place burnt their rice, but you'll never encounter this issue or problem at China 1. Their food is always perfect. I also got a Zephyrhills 100% natural spring water bottle and a can of Canada Dry ginger ale soda. They have a fantastic choice of different beverages. The host is so cordial and friendly. I love the chefs and cooks and the wonderful host. Look no further for perfect Chinese food. Their Shrimp Lo Mein is so delicious, too! I give them 5-stars, for a perfect 10 meal. You can't get better than perfect. They do Chinese food, right! I will only buy it here. If I ever move away I will miss this restaurant so much. I have looked and waited years to find a decent and genuinely good Chinese food restaurant.
