I forgot to close my tab at the end of the night and returned the next day to collect my card. The staff could not find my card. When I checked my statement the bartender tipped herself 40%. I've tried calling three days in a row to resolve this issue. Each time the call is answered and then immediately hung up.

This was by the worst coyote ugly I have been to. The bartenders was very rude. And then they gave my wife's debit card to someone else when they went to check out and did not inform us of the situation. They also tell my wife that she had too much to drink and gave her a straight pineapple juice instead of what you ordered. My wife had two drinks while we were there. The whole experience was not very pleasant. This was today August 31st 2025.

The fact that I had to pay for a cover for both myself and my wife, gave the DJ $20 to actually change the music because it was so terrible, and then continue to be subjected by Bruno Mars and songs like leave the door open in a club environment is embarrassing. It makes sense that I’ve heard rumors that the doors are closing. When a local pays you fat money to change the music and you continue to play shit, noticing that nobody is even dancing, that should be the wake up call. Thankfully, bartender Nikki knows how to make a margarita. She was the saving grace for this poor excuse of a coyote ugly.

A group of 12 about to give $120 in cover fees and at least well over a thousand dollars on drinks got denied because the one mom who wanted to join who was 61 didn’t have her id with her. Didn’t just tell us no. They are extremely rude and acted like we were racist towards them and trying to rob their business just cuz we wanted this one 60+ yo mom to join in on the engagement celebrations. Place had no one in it and could really use the business. If they don’t let people like us in the. There must be no one in there so I would not recommend

If I could give no stars I would. No ac in the building and the bartender was so drunk or high she didn't understand what I was asking her. Short haired blonde at the bar to the left when you first walk in. Got kicked out because I was concerned about the bartenders sobriety and my own safety. She tried to give me another customers drinks as I was ordering my own and she couldn't comprehend what I was even asking her for. The drinks looked like lemon drops and I'm deathly allergic. They have no concern for the customers safety or respect. I will be speaking to a lawyer about this and I have video proof of her behavior. Will NEVER go to any coyote ugly bar again.
The bouncer took my military ID then proceeded to strong arm me into getting it back. Then the bouncer mocked me even though I am in the Navy.

You would think the service and show would be the same whether there were 4 people or 40 people. No dancing on the bar which is what the place is supposed to be known for.

kicked us and our friends out because of the way we look (we’re mexicans) for no reason. we were being good paying customers coming here for vacation and securities kicked us out. horrible people. security told us the reason we are being kicked out is because the way we look. Disrespectful and racist. meanwhile they leave men there that are harassing girls. embarrassing.
