Honestly the staff was horrible. The front desk was fine but then bartenders were horrible. They cut us off early because we were “gay”. It is 2:03am ands they were the worst I have interacted with. I spend a fair amount of money($1,0000+) and have never had issues.

I don’t normally write complaints but today was just not the best. I normally go to Coyote Ugly with no problem, but one of the girls I work with was not customer friendly . Typically, everyone is super kind and I have never had any issues. Tonight, though, the bartender Allie? was not polite and continuously rolled her eyes and would not take my order. I tried to speak to her but she waved me off and told me to waits for the sever

Read the other reviews! That should be enough to at least be warned. The doors were open and the security guys were all joking around taking their time letting people in. Within 15 feet you could already smell the strong smell of the ganja. When we walked in, it was definitely coming from within the place. Not to mention the whole floor was damp with whatever. The back room where the pool tables are was even worse. You could get a contact high just by walking to the bathroom.
Also watch out at the bar because they like to have one person wait on you, you tell them your order and give them your card or cash, and then while they are getting your drink, another dude will come over and ask what you got and then try to charge you with cash. This happened two 3 of the 4 of us. Not cool at all. If you don't catch it and not say anything you would have gotten charged twice. He acted like we didnt pay and the girl who had our card\cash had to speak up like she didnt know what was going on. Okay. Shady.

Service is horrible! Bartenders are great! It’s my friend’s birthday and we couldn’t get in with my military id.. I didn’t have a drivers license because of course I didn’t drive. But I’ve been here plenty of times before not sure who the rude security was that called me and all my friends female dogs because I didn’t have a drivers license on me!(btw I’m over 22)

I forgot to close my tab at the end of the night and returned the next day to collect my card. The staff could not find my card. When I checked my statement the bartender tipped herself 40%. I've tried calling three days in a row to resolve this issue. Each time the call is answered and then immediately hung up.

This was by the worst coyote ugly I have been to. The bartenders was very rude. And then they gave my wife's debit card to someone else when they went to check out and did not inform us of the situation. They also tell my wife that she had too much to drink and gave her a straight pineapple juice instead of what you ordered. My wife had two drinks while we were there. The whole experience was not very pleasant. This was today August 31st 2025.

The fact that I had to pay for a cover for both myself and my wife, gave the DJ $20 to actually change the music because it was so terrible, and then continue to be subjected by Bruno Mars and songs like leave the door open in a club environment is embarrassing. It makes sense that I’ve heard rumors that the doors are closing. When a local pays you fat money to change the music and you continue to play shit, noticing that nobody is even dancing, that should be the wake up call. Thankfully, bartender Nikki knows how to make a margarita. She was the saving grace for this poor excuse of a coyote ugly.
