Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Supposed to be open at 7am but doors are locked with a hand written note that says we will be opening late. Not professional.

Ordered 2 orders chicken & dumplings . It was more like chicken soup. Very little dumplings. Roasted chicken was very good though.

Cracker Barrel isn't what it used to be. The food was a bit bland -not as good as it once was. Asked our waitress for extra napkins when she brought us our food, but she never came back until after we were all finished and still never brought the napkins. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for her to bring a box and a check.

Quite a long wait for a party of 6. Standard Cracker Barrel food. Food took quite a while to serve. Waitress was awesome in checking on us.

Our waitress was nice but she was very slow. Took us over an hour to get our food. We only got refills one time and waited almost 30 minutes just to get our rolls. We order the cinnamon rolls appetizer and it came out nothing like the picture. I understand that it's not gonna look exactly like it. But it wasn't even close. They honestly looked unappetizing. Our food was okay but definitely not worth the wait. Overall not a good experience definitely would not recommend

DO NOT ORDER TO GO. It’s a nightmare with the waiting time. I ordered just 3 baked potatoes and it took 45 minutes…and they were not busy at all

This was an online order on Sunday. They were very busy. Even the curbside spaces were all taken up. My order came out about ten minutes after I arrived. I looked at the receipt and everything appeared to be in order. I drove home about 25 minutes from Cracker Barrel. While dispersing everything I notice I was missing an item. I check the receipt again to be sure and I was missing Shepherd’s Pie. I called back to the store and was transferred the manager who was excellent. He verified my order and check that it never made the bag. The manager gave me options of a store credit or credit my card that this was charged on. We love Cracker Barrel however we didn’t know when we would be going back there so we had our credit card credited. The staff and manager were all kind, friendly, and professional. We will be back.

Every time I've been here the food has always been sub par. Maybe we've just been unlucky because I know how much people love this place. It's a cool place but the food just hasn't been very good.

Horrible meal, so disappointing. Meatloaf was completely burnt on top and was so dry. I don’t know what they have done with their biscuits but the ones we had were just terrible, more like a doughy flat roll. One person in our group had pancakes and they were also burned on the bottoms. Although our waitress was great, I doubt I will go back there again.
