One of our favorite places to visit for dining and shopping..guess I need to update this review. Stopped in for an early dinner on Thursday 3/20 at about 4:15 PM. Waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Given menus only and not asked for our drink order. Sat at out table for 10 minutes without a server coming to 'serve' us. I went to the kitchen doorway and asked the first waitress I found if we had a server? She said we are coming right out, back to our table for 5 more minutes then my wife and I left frustrated... only 4 or 5 tables with other dinners poor, poor lack of service...

Was there yesterday. The meals were just okay. Just two problems.
1). I told the server that I wanted to do the $6 add on chicken dinner and bring it after we were done eating so that it would still be hot to take home for my husband.
She brought the bag, I paid the bill and left.
I should have checked the bag first.
When I got back, instead of handing my husband a hot fried chicken dinner … there was a COLD TWO DAY OLD $5 fried chicken take home meal that looked like a kids meal. Also, the Mac and cheese was not in a separate container so the sauce ran all over the chicken making it soggy. Was this what I ordered? I told the server I wanted hot. 2).
I decided to call and check this morning. I held for over 10 minutes for a manager.
Hung up and called back. They were all “in back”, so I asked if I could leave my name and number.
They told me to call back in an hour. Called and was put on hold two more times. I gave up.
Thus… this review.
The hot chicken meal I asked for wasn’t hot and not very good customer service.
Ps will try to add picture of chicken patty and Mac and cheese

I walked in as a waitress coming out from the bathroom and before I could be seated by her she announced she still had 2 minutes and left the podium while others were busy taking care of customers. I have a pretty good read on people and when I saw her I knew she was not happy to be there and I was right. Her attitude put me off and I almost walked.

Parking: "No over night parking" sign with RVs parked all over it. A bit ridiculous. Been this way a long time

I liked it ,but I was upset that the front desk worker did not apply my free Barrel Bites prize to my ticket ,even though I showed it to her. I had to pay for them.It is very high priced too! But the waitress was nice and the food was good. We did have to wait 15 minutes for a seat for 3 people.

Kid-friendliness: It is family oriented ,so it is good to bring kids here.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself looks wheelchair accessible,however the store portion doesn't look so accommodating for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

Ordered grilled chicken salad to go. Grabbed it and left. The chicken had good flavor but very small salad for $13 and they forgot the egg. Lettuce is cheap. I had more on a subway sandwich

Worst meal ever, thick, horrible old mashed patotoes, burnt biscuits, thick clumpy gravy. The tiniest chicken strips ever. Got 3 tiny chicken fingers, should have been six. Server brought three more. Cold like warm food. I have given cracker several chances to redeem themselves but I’m now done. Management just care about the food or how it’s cooked! Serve it anyway. No more for me! Waist of money. Horrible food!

This is the worst Cracker Barrel ever. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Placed a large order for pick up, everything was great besides the 2 pies. I live around 40 minutes round trip from here so don’t come this way all that often. I held onto the pies for a few weeks so I could bring them back and get a refund.

I’m there for about 20 minutes only to be told by the manager the GM refused a refund (even though I brought back BOTH pies with a small slice missing from 1) because it had been “more than a few days” since the order was placed. No specific timeframe was given on when exactly they needed to be returned, seems the GM just didn’t want to give a small refund to a customer who brought back the food. Blew my mind as I had never experienced such poor customer service. I could understand if I didn’t have the pies with me but again, I brought back Both pies with less than 10% missing from one of them and held onto them for a few weeks as proof they were no good and nope no refund.

Contacted Cracker Barrel customer support to let them know of this and they gave me a refund with 3 minutes.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THEIR AWFUL GM.
