Cracker Barrel isn't what it used to be. The food was a bit bland -not as good as it once was. Asked our waitress for extra napkins when she brought us our food, but she never came back until after we were all finished and still never brought the napkins. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for her to bring a box and a check.

This was an online order on Sunday. They were very busy. Even the curbside spaces were all taken up. My order came out about ten minutes after I arrived. I looked at the receipt and everything appeared to be in order. I drove home about 25 minutes from Cracker Barrel. While dispersing everything I notice I was missing an item. I check the receipt again to be sure and I was missing Shepherd’s Pie. I called back to the store and was transferred the manager who was excellent. He...

I'm impressed. All my food was very good! I had the catfish and it was cooked to perfection. Our server was very polite and attentive, and I am floored by how fast they bussed the tables.
