Crumbl Cookies - Destin

Just another desert place that won't let you sit down and eat... no tables or chairs, nothing welcoming. They want you to buy cookies and leave immediately. No thanks.

Love a good crumble cookie. Great store. Great customer service.

We walked into the Destin Commons location and 3 people were working. Not one person welcomed us or acknowledged us. This was our first time eating at Crumbl. I made eye contact with at least 2 workers, tried to smile… received nothing back. We stood at the register and flailed around at making decisions and we had questions. It was obvious we didn’t know what we were doing. Finally after making eye contact again, I asked if anybody was going to help us? I was answered with a snarky and annoyed tone ”to use any of the kiosks in the store to order”. I almost walked out, but that would have disappointed everyone. I looked past the attitude, thinking someone else may be more helpful, but the other 2 avoided us like the plague. As a first time customer, how do I know what to do? If this is how it’s going to be, at least hang a sign that says, “Welcome, please order at kiosk and we’ll call your name.” This way we don’t have to feel like we are a burden to the staff-who looks completely miserable to be there. And I mean truly miserable, like they hate their job.

1 of the items on display was sold out but I saw a few in the back and new ones being made that we would have waited for. But the kiosk said no and at this point, I was afraid to engage any further. The Oreos had to be made too and became a soggy mess before we even got home 20 minutes later. On top of that, we were handed the box with no thank you, smile, come again, nothing and the box had chocolate all over the outside. Really?

The Macadamia nut cookie wasn’t fully cooked, tasted doughy.

This is the last time we’ll come here. If the cookies were good, I could look past the misery when you walk in here. I truly felt this place was indeed a very sad place to work and you can taste it in the cookie and delivery experience in the store.

I hope everyone working there (including the manager who needs to desperately fix it), can figure out the value of the customer’s order, expectation for such novelty, high priced product and what WE are PAYiNG for. It’s not just the cookie- it’s the experience I can buy something better at Publix with a smile and it will be cheaper. A novelty is only that, if you take care of it. I was going to purchase a second box of 6, but changed my mind due to the attitude and the lack of product available. Cookies did not look like the pictures. Good luck! I read other reviews from the past 5 months after I went there a couple days ago. I actually never write bad reviews… unless I really feel it’s deserved and change is necessary. Based on some reviews I read, nothings changed! I felt like we all experienced the same thing.

Couldn't find it... its not where Google says it is

Zero customer service! All three workers avoided talking to us! Arrogant unfriendly staff. We just walked out, because no one cared to help us. I understand there are kiosks, but these are Expensive cookies for what get! Crumbl Cookie will be gone soon!

Bought two boxes of 4 for Valentines gift yesterday. One of the boxes i paid extra for cookie dough bits. I was in Destin for the day so didn't go home until 8 at night. Got home , opened box and cookie dough bits said keep frozen. I called the store today and asked if it was supposed to be kept frozen. She said yes. I said maybe you should tell people that. I asked d if it was ok to eat she said no. I've never ordered that before and if she had told me, I would nit have bought. Waste of my money. The cookies are good though.

I placed an order at this crumbl cookie. I specifically told them that on the notes online that if the birthday person was not at home to take it to the apartment manager at the office and they left it on the floor on the concrete floor, then when I called crumble cookie and ask them about it, the manager said not my fault, not my problem DoorDash delivered it. I will never, ever deal with these people again she. She didn't care not that it was her fault, but she didn't care how they did.She didn't care how the order was delivered.It made no difference to her at all.So BAD manager BAD service.
I will never take this review off.

It was our first time. Being from Texas I did not really like taste of their pecan pie and even was not great looking. Idk this place can't be my favorite. I got 1 cookie and 5 pies.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my order. I used the Crumbl app to place an order for delivery it was around $25 and I waited longer than expected time it was set for not only did I wait for half an hour when it finally marked arrived NO ONE SHOWED UP WITH MY ORDER! I called the location and asked to speak to a manager so I can receive the help I needed she was extremely rude and answered the phone just by saying “hello” very ugly and she had no resolution to my issue when I asked if I can get my order sent back out she told me just place another order. I wouldn’t suggest using there delivery services and the only reason I did was because we’re on vacation so it would be more convenient.
