We use to stop at this Culver’s every time we made a trip to Destin and the last few times we’ve been it’s been disappointing.. from the RUDE employees and food made incorrectly I don’t think we’ll be back sadly.

Of all the Culver’s locations I eaten at this location is by far the worst. First we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at all. The girl taking our order was most unfriendly, barely spoke a word. The food came out fairly quick but was almost inedible. Burgers were stone cold. So much so that the cheese never melted. Hamburger buns tasted stale and very crumbly. Even as I wrote this review I wish I could get the strange taste out of my mouth. Most locations I’ve been to have someone coming around to visit guests to make sure if they need anything. I never saw anyone. Most of the employees seemed to be gabbing loudly amongst themselves with their backs to the counter. The ladies room was horrible. An employee came out as I was going in. The restroom was unclean… too unclean for 11:30. You had a faucet running that would not shut off and a paper towel dispenser broken and lay empty on the counter. Water all over counter as customers have no way to dry their hands. So how did employee wash and dry her hands? I can honestly say when I’m in Destin I will steer clear of this place. A disgusting experience. Date I came in was 12-31-25 @ 11:30am.

In my past visits to Culver's around the USA I've always had the butter burger. This time I decided to have the chicken fingers...big mistake, horrible. Also the staff at the location in Destin, Florida made me feel like we were an inconvenience for them.
Worst Culver’s experience ever, but still gave them 3 stars. I think they were lacking supervision the night we went. Took for ever to take our Oder and get the food out. No one was wiping down tables, they were literally all dirty. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Should have turn around and left when we saw the trash can at the entrance spilling out onto the ground.
