Very poor service. I was there Friday, August 8 & the counter has a line of people waiting to order. There were 4 or 5 employees taking pictures and hugging each other. Felt like maybe one of the employees might have just finished their last shift and everyone was saying goodbye. That would have been tolerable if it was just a few seconds. But they kept taking turns posing for pictures. It went on for nearly 5 minutes. All of this while people kept waiting to place an order or pick up an order. Food good.
Butter burgers...need I say more?! Sure why not say more. Get that frozen custard folks! Don't know which one to get? It doesn't matter. It's all good. 10 out of 10. Had you at Butter and burger didn't I? Go get one!
Not sure who's doing the hiring but the young group of workers they have now could care less!!! Definitely have to blame management! Waited 30 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream with berries. On a Sunday. Not busy at all! The workers were just rude and acting like the hated to take our order! Hate to say it but it will not last unless new management steps in!

Tried it for the first time. Burger are small but very good. I also had the strawberry fields salad and it was delicious. It had plenty of strawberries, pecans, chicken. The cheese curd were good. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good fast food joint.
