I love Culvers but won't ever visit this one again. They weren't super busy. But we waited 15 minutes for a hot fudge Sunday and concrete mixer and saw people that order long after us receive their custard while we waited. I have never drank 98% of a Sunday through a straw and the fudge was cold and wouldn't mix in to make chocolate milk.

We pulled into the restaurant and there were no cars in the parking lot and for 5:00pm, that should have been our first clue. Employees standing around in the back talking and laughing. The place was absolutely filthy, and I can’t stress that fact enough. There were no clean tables, trash and food all over the floors and place was filled with flies. It used to the worst Culver’s if not restaurant period we have been in. My salad had all rotten tomatoes in it and it was almost hard to sit in there and eat like that, it was that dirty. I wander where the manager was?

Definitely the filthiest Culver’s I’ve ever been to. I should’ve known it was going to be bad when I pulled in at dinner time and the parking lot was empty.

The workers were rude and would rather talk with friends than help. The food was cold. The trash can were flowing over. No matter how nice you try to be, you can tell the employees don’t like the customer.
Worst place to eat,snack or feed your family at in Santa Rosa beach. They are a complete disaster and are the definition of can’t get right.
I live 10 min from this location and can tell you now if you want to get your order messed up,someone else’s order or take forever in line then by all means,,..if you want what you paid for and don’t feel like waiting forever go somewhere else

Ordered curdside pick up, sat for over 10 minutes, finally went in, was RUDE acted like I was bothering them, I told them “thank you” and got no curtesy back. Sad.

Food was cold been here a few times when I said something to one of the workers she asked iff we would like it heated by microwave. I told her no it was fine. I think it was her manager that was yelling at her saying don’t ask about reheating in microwave. She was sweet felt bad I said something when we heard her getting yelled at. Would have been given more stars had we not heard an employee being scolded.
