The worker was five minutes late but she was getting starbucks, so we were waiting outside in the rain, but the food was good also very very pricey. Service was terrible. no greeting. and the worker had an attitude.

My daughter has a peanut allergy and they were very careful to use everything separate and clean to avoid cross contamination. The ice cream preparers/rollers did a great job and the ice cream tasted delicious!

Very great service. It was a busy night and she did her best to make sure the customers were aware it would take a little while. She was the only employee there that night and she did a fantastic job. Didn’t get the employees name but we visited on Friday October 4, 2024 right before closing.

My daughter has a nut allergy so getting ice cream out can be dicey. However they talked us through how they make their ice cream nut free (new machine, washed hands, clean gloves, toppings from a separate area). Was so impressed (and the ice cream was so good) we came back the next night!

Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy - the use a separate, clean anti-griddle to make the ice cream. Also explained to me and my daughter the process (washing hands, new gloves, toppings from a different area).

Delicious!! Tons of toppings options! It was sooo fun watching them roll it out. We drove 50 mins and it as worth it haha

The ice cream was wonderful. We went with a big group and needed some accommodations for one of our group members due to allergies. The workers were very understanding and accommodating with great attitudes about it. Made sure to wash their hands and change gloves even. Made the ice cream for our member with allergies completely separate with all different items/utensils than were used on everyone else’s.
They got slammed with a big rush of people on top of our big group and they never changed pace. If we are ever back in this area we will definitely be back.
