We were not able to buy ice cream because the place smelled so bad inside. Not quite sewage smell, but possibly. The odor was completely overwhelming for our party of 8 and we had to leave. A restaurant should not smell like that AND serve food. I feel bad for the employees that also have to work in that environment. Afterwards I looked up Google reviews and saw that this was at least an issue 3 weeks ago. Whatever is going on there it is not a fluke or one-off issue.
Ice cream is as good as always, but the staff was pleasant and funny! Would recommend 100%!
The ice cream was great but the store needs to be deep cleaned. Upon walking in this past week it had an overwhelming odor like rotting trash and was overall unkept, food on counters, trash on the floor. Staff was friendly but the odor and lack of cleanliness was concerning.

My experience was amazing I like your service.
The staff was very accommodating, providing tops for our ice cream to be transported back to our condo, but the lack of cleanliness couldn’t go unnoticed. There was food all over the floor and not one staff member seemed to think it should be picked iup. Massive roaches outside, and after I got my ice cream, my mind went wild thinking about all that I just witnessed where I couldn’t enjoy it fully. Really gross, and I am from NYC.
