Worker is rude. You have to wait for her to come out from the back. Talking on the phone while trying to order. Eveytime we come in the say the dont sell half of the items on the menu

Waited an hour for them to open. I sat there from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. No one showed up. No one answered the phone.

My husband and I stopped in for a simple coffee — he ordered a hot latte with an extra shot of espresso, and I ordered an iced latte. The total came to about $25 for two drinks, which already felt excessive. Then we were prompted to add a tip — for what turned out to be some of the most disappointing “lattes” we’ve ever had.

Mine was mostly milk with just a hint of coffee, and my husband’s had none of the foam or texture that defines a latte. To make matters worse, the place had a strong smell of cleaning supplies, which didn’t make for the most pleasant environment.

At that price point, you expect quality and care in what’s served — not watered-down milk and a request for gratuity on top.

Went in with my fiancé to get some coffee. I wanted a cold brew but they were out, so we both ordered espressos. The staff was very rude and one of them was on the phone while taking our order. The espressos we received were very low quality with no crema, my fiancés had grinds at the bottom of hers. I paid 8 dollars for two single shots that weren't even drinkable. I hope their pastries and ice cream is good but this experience was terrible.

Wow! What a super nice guy that worked there. It’s been a while since I’ve been somewhere where the service was so polite.

I only had the ice cream and both flavors were fantastic. There’s some chairs and tables outside. Great place to stop off and relax with some dessert!

Service was the worse ever. Walked in and waited patiently in line for about 15 to 20 minutes after leaving Another Broken Egg to purchase multiple Frappuccino. The young guys completely ignored us and began to take customers that walked in behind us. One of the guys walked off completely when we placed our order. So, we just turned around and walked out.

Service was terrible. Walked in and stood there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to take our order. And they never acknowledged us so we left. The one is PCB is way better

I went this evening 5/26. I’ve been here before when it was Destination Donuts which was good. But I’m not so sure anymore. The young man that was there was obviously new and was very sweet. He did not know everything which is okay but the young lady there should have helped him more. I asked how many scoops of icecream came with a brownie sundae and he told me two. I told him I wanted to order that and he went to ask the young lady (who maybe was the shift lead or manager) to see if she could make it because he didn’t know how. She quickly told him verbally and then when he went to give me two scoops but then quickly told him no it’s only one. For $9+ for a brownie and one scoop of icecream is ridiculous. He was very apologetic but she should’ve taken accountability as well as she didn’t explain to him properly otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it at all. I only got it because he had already warmed the brownie for me and he was so sweet. Good customer service goes a long way. She really should have allowed the two scoops as he asked and she didn’t give detailed instructions. I was/am not pleased. Only gets two stars because of the young man and it was clean.

Not open even though it was reported as such. Specifically drove there based on the open hours. Sign on the door said “closed—new management”

A lot easier to support small businesses when there are more than one worker. Third customers in the store and still waited for 45 minutes for 12 donuts.
