Beyond horrible service. My $40 bill went up to $76 because they couldn’t take a simple order right even after 4 times. It is the worst service i have ever had in the last decade, seriously.

Worst of the worst experience ever. I have never seen such rude and incapable workers in a pizza place. They cannot even take the order correctly. They made me close my dominos chapter forever.
Terrible service. Placed an online order for a two topping pizza but did not click on the toppings thinking pepperoni was at least the default…Nope. Called immediately to request a change to the order and they tried to charge extra to add the toppings even though the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet… Terrible service in my opinion but at least I didn’t have to tell them I wanted cheese and sauce on my pizza.

The service here is great. I ordered the wrong pizza online, called the store and they fixed it with no problem. We received the pizza and it was great !

Spoke to 3 different people 3 different times. No one seemed to know what was going on or why our pizza wasn’t arriving. We ordered at 8:12 and finally canceled at 10:40 bc it was just going in the oven and would be another 30-45min after that. 3 hours is absurd to wait on a pizza. Open another store or hire more people and do better.
My pizza took 3hrs and when I called they told “we’re understaffed” it’s shows how money hungry they are. Why are you taking more orders than you can handle? Ended upgiving my kids something else to eat as their bedtime passed and still no pizza! Waste of time and money!

always late, i ordered a pizza by 8:37pm and i received it only 11:42pm, the pizza is cold, the delivery guy was mad bc i asked for change and started cussing, then i told him to keep the $17 of change. Next time i'll order at Pizza Hut frthat's what i got when i opened the box :/

I was told 40 to 45 minutes ..I took 1-1/2 to get my order and it was cold...every time I call to check on my order they would hang up on me
