I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. I love the location right by waterside where I can enjoy watching the boats, tiki huts and seeing folks enjoy everything on offer. I experienced a warm welcome from my server Josie. She was very accommodating and served with a genuine smile and demeanor. I dined on the seafood gumbo and fresh mixed side salad with ranch dressing accompanied by an American Mule cocktail. Delicious! I recommend this eatery for a fabulous experience.

I've never felt more betrayed by a restaurant in my entire life. I went to East Pass with high hopes, expecting a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience. What did I get instead? A one-way ticket to Food Poisoning City, courtesy of their abysmal hygiene standards and utter disregard for customer well-being.Let me paint you a picture of the horror show that unfolded after my ill-fated visit. An hour after consuming their so-called "food," I was writhing in agony, my stomach feeling like it had been used as a punching bag by a heavyweight boxer. It was as if my digestive system had declared war on me, and the weapon of choice was relentless nausea and vomiting. But wait, it gets better! When I mustered the strength to call the restaurant and inform them of their culinary crime against humanity, do you know what they had to say? Absolutely nothing! Not a single apology, not an ounce of concern for the fact that their negligence had sent me into a gastrointestinal tailspin.Instead of taking responsibility like any reputable establishment would, they chose to bury their heads in the sand and pretend like nothing happened. Well, news flash, East Pass: you can't sweep food poisoning under the rug and expect it to disappear. So here I am, nursing my wounds and nursing a grudge against East Pass. Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering dining there: unless you have a masochistic streak and a penchant for playing Russian roulette with your digestive system, steer clear of this culinary Chernobyl. In conclusion, East Pass doesn't deserve your patronage or your hard-earned money. Save yourself the agony and find somewhere else to eat – preferably somewhere that prioritizes basic food safety standards over profits.

Food was so so but our waitress was the worst. When she brought out bill she said… your credit card declined 3 times. I knew there was no way but started to look for another cc. When I handed it to her she said.. I was just kidding. So not funny and very unprofessional. Also the automatic tipping , no matter the size of your party, is ridiculous. This!! Is why I’m considering stopping tipping all together. My family and I will not be back to this establishment

Went to the bar to enjoy a watermelon margaritas with friends. I was given a watered down drink with no hint of alcohol or flavor. When I went to pay my bar tab, the bartender didn't inform me of the 20% surcharge on the bill. I left a tip not aware of the surcharge. To make it even more frustrating I had to go to the bar order my drinks and carry them to the table. The other patrons who ordered and paid at the bar were also not informed of this. Please tell customers of the 20% surcharge , and than the customers could decide if they want to tip more. I will not return to this establishment.

You can sit outside on the outside deck and look at all the fishing boats and the snorkel boats and watch all the boats go by in the Inner Harbor. They are doing like a lot of restaurants adding a steep service fee to help with the staff and the servers?? amount of food was generous on poor boy shrimp Dynamo. Josie did a great job explaining the fees and was very attentive.
