Our waitress stood around literally on her phone behind the counter the whole time. We got drink refills 1 time and that was after we ate our food. Very disappointing. She got her $20 tip for standing around from gratuity added!

This is probably the better places that I ate in Destin.I enjoyed the fries and the food.The service was awesome however we were kind of the only ones in there so that’s to be expected.I definitely would go back.
Went to eat dinner had a larger party, melody was great. Had our food in no time. One of the better places on the harbor. Every where had long waits and they were able to accommodate us quickly apposed to some other places we tried. Try the fries ?!

We went in for a late lunch today at 1:30. There was 3 tables of customers. There was 3 waitresses on the floor and a hostess. We were seated by the hostess. No one came by to take a drink order, no one said they would be with us in a minute, nothing. They engaged with the other customers. 2 of the waitress' completed their service and went to the bar area and checked their phones. We were there for over 30 minutes when we got up and left. We had to walk right pass them. We have no idea what the food looked like, taste like smelled like.I am not what we would have to do to be waited on.

Only down side is lack of clear parking at this location. Food was pretty good! Wish I had tried the milk shake. I'll def come back to give other menu items a tryParking: Very busy place called AJs next door, randoms signs saying parking for *insert business name* and the lot that looks like it's for Fatboy's is enough parking for the staff only. If you already paid for parking a couple lots down no biggie.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated as the restaurant was busy and short staffed. Hostess was very kind and attentive. Drinks were ordered and served shortly after being seated. Waited an hour after our food was ordered and never received our food. Waitress left while we were waiting for our food. Turns out our order was never put in the system.

The firehouse burger is very hot, but delicious. Great burgers and yummy margaritas. I’d highly recommend getting there early enough to experience their happy hour. We had a group of 8, one with gluten free requirements, and everyone was very happy with their meals.
After having some negative dining experiences in the area during our vacation- we showed up to fat boys and were redeemed! This place nails it! Clean facility- superb service and the kitchen is rocking it! We loved everything we had- but the Philly is off the charts good and probably the stand out offering here. We also got the burger and Mac and cheese bites and the chips and salsa. Their mac and cheese bites are better than 90% of mac and cheese bites and their burger was perfect- not overdone, just seasoned well and sized well with the right toppings. 5 star burger for those looking for one done right. Get a cup of cheese to dip those sidewinder fries! We’re going back for the Philly and to try the shakes. This is where you want to go for premier quality and service for your hard earned dollar!

Didn’t have a chance to try the food the atmosphere itself was nice. We went in the gentleman got an attitude immediately when I didn’t want to sit in the table closest to the door and eat with a draft on that chilly day. Snatched up the menus and fake smiled maybe that’s why the building was empty and we all left me and my crew of 4 I brought with me. Maybe we will try again another day but that day we let him have it after all it was Sunday religion was at play so I turned the other cheek

The food is AMAZING! I love the boomboom sauce with the fries! This location is consistently better that the one in Miramar. The customer service could be a little friendlier but it’s definitely not bad. We order Togo and it’s always fresh! Also the firehouse burger is delicious but painfully spicy, my suggestion is ordering light serono peppers or ordering them on the side and adding how many you’d like.
Had a great time! We went around 3 and it wasn't busy at all. We got garlic parm wings and they were amazing! We also got the veggie burgers with the fries, and oh my goodness that was the best veggie burger I've ever had! Drinks were also good! Spent $60 for three people with two alcoholic drinks, not too bad! We will definitely be back again and will probably be a regular spot for us on vacation!
