First off, I like this restaurant chain because it donates tons to first responders. At this location there are problems. The food was very tasty and thank goodness for that because we waited a solid 35+ minutes (during the 7:30PM hour) for 3 workers to make 4 subs. That is CRAZY and absolutely unacceptable. It is not like they had to cook anything, it’s a sandwich. I don’t know how this particular place can stay in business serving customers so slowly.
Also it was disturbing to see that 2 young ladies thought it was appropriate to have their (non-service) puppy dog on the counter table top while they were eating. What is with these people?? That is never appropriate at a public restaurant. If your dog is not a bonafide service dog leave it home. No one wants to see your puppy dog on the table or in a baby carriage either. SMH. Bigger question is why would the restaurant allow a pet to be in the restaurant or on a tabletop? The owner of this place needs to recommit to training staff.
Glad we dined out. Won’t be back to this place.
