Yesterday my family and I 3 children ranging from five years old to 12 years old and 13 month old baby , came here for lunch really did enjoy the food!! However, when it came time to process Payment, the POS system point of sale would not accept my payment so I decided I would walk next-door to a smoke shop and try the card to make sure it was functioning and not frozen and it did end up processing and going through I then went to Walmart to look for a compatible ATM machine to remove the funds off of my account, but was unable to so then I had explained the management what was going on that I would leave my identification there for collateral and would be back to take care of the bill and they were completely as acting as if they were understanding and it was no big deal. Said it was fine however, there was an issue I guess with the card it had been frozen, and I had to verify the process which I didn’t know at the time and ended up finally getting my card unlocked so finally today I went to take care of the bill and was told that my ID was given to the sheriffs department wtf?! Wow I pad my bill and get treated in this manner
SO fun!! Great food and drinks. We had a very nice waitress. Alegater show was AWESOME. Great gift shop!! Loved this place. Very vibrant. Visiting from California

Went in close to closing without realizing it. We only found out because we overheard another conversation. Our waitress still went above and beyond for us. We did tip her extra for being there a few minutes after closing.

Off season is great. Blackened Grouper was delicious with the potatoes and bacon jam. Everyone enjoyed the food. Server Megan D. was awesome.

A MUST DO! This place is so unique you need to stop here. The atmosphere is amazing. Be prepared for a wait, but there is a ton of stuff to do while you wait for your table. Service was amazing. The menu is huge With something for everyone. You can learn about and touch baby alligators, and check out the gift shop.

Loved this place and the alligators!!! Our server Sarah V. Was very sweet and informative 😍. Alligator sanctuary and show was fun! Will definitely recommend it!!!
