Wow. I was looking for a low key seafood place for lunch and ran across Gilligan's. Don't be put off by the appearance, this place has great and fresh food. We had the fish dinner and the crab cakes, and both were better than what we've had in much more expensive restaurants in the area. The back deck is also nice in how it overlooks the bay. It's rustic, but lends itself well to the fish camp atmosphere. It's not fancy, it's not pretentious, it's just really good seafood at a good price.

We ordered take out online, received an order confirmation, the time it will be ready and everything looked normal. Google indicated the restaurant to be open and even had recent reviews. We went to pick up our order and the building is closed with all of the lights turned off. What an unprofessional operation they have going on here. If they closed seasonally, at least they should have had the decency to disable online orders. Very disappointing experience, waste of time and money, we will never be back.

This was our first time to eat there. We were very pleased. I can no longer eat gluten and other kinds of food. For me to find a place where I can eat is very hard. I was so grateful they had a grilled chicken dinner with new potatoes. The portion size was great and the flavor was awesome. My friend ordered the popcorn shrimp and the portion amount was awesome also and the flavor was great. Everyone was very friendly.

The place was rustic nostalgic. Staff was really nice and patient. And the food was very delicious, filling, and you get a very nice portion. Will definitely come here again.

So much food!! I ordered the oysters and my mom got the crab cakes. Mom said it was the best crab cakes she's ever had! I like when there's not a ton of seasoning so you can actually taste the food and this place did it right. Nice views from the outside deck.

This place is a cute little dive with a waterside view. We dined on a Wednesday eve around 6pm. No one here when we arrived but started to get a bit busier. Food was OUTSTANDING. My sister and I could not get over the perfection in the fried oysters and fried shrimp dinners. It is difficult to fry seafood without over or under cooking and these folks have it hands down. Condiments were high quality, cocktail and tartar sauce, fresh Lemons. Jambalaya spiced perfectly. Staff were extremely accommodating...I think a Jamaican accent. If you want good seafood at a great price, generous portions, and aren't looking for some special gluten-free, organic, soy substitute, low carb, non-dairy, ethical food, this REAL WHOLE food is the place for your taste buds and your wallet with a seaside ambiance if you want it! There is inside seating too. ENJOY!

Fish tacos were awesome. Staff was friendly and view was awesome. Biggest down side was parking and cost of beer. I expect some mark up but the one drink I got I found in the store later for the price of a 4 pack. Fish nachos were really good

Great little “order at the front” place. Everywhere else was a 2 hour wait but, here, we ordered fried shrimp plate and blackened shrimp plate at the front, found a picnic table outside by the water and it was brought out to us in about 10 minutes. Baked beans are A-MAZ-ZING!
