Along with that, we had a 18% tip forced on the bill, for a party of 6. Which may explain the poor service (three bills of two people).Overall, $75 for two burgers we couldn't even finish, and cold fries. Best to avoid this location.

Tay is amazing!!!! She was so sweet, polite, patient, & attentive to everyone at our table and I even noticed how she kept her other tables updated. She came back in a timely manner to let us know about our food order and if something wasn’t right with our order, she didn’t hesitate to get it corrected. I loved her. Highly recommended her. As far as food, the seafood boil wasn’t worth the price, as far as taste nor presentation. The corn & potatoes my daughter said it was hard, so maybe it wasn’t cooked long enough. The fried shrimp was so good and tasty and the chicken plate that comes with corn, shredded cheese, rice, mushrooms, sautéed onions, and sauce (I recommend getting extra sauce) because it was too delicious. My overall experience was great and again Tay was amazing, I highly recommend her assisting you with your orders, she’s the beautiful Jamaican and we really appreciate how kind she was to us.

This place is beyond awesome, not to mention our server, Tay. We had a very large party and she got our otders down exactly how we wanted it. However a simple human error was made by the kitchen which we understand as the place was busy and it was almost closing time, but she ensured it was fixed urgently, she apologized and even offered us a discount. The burger was the Best!, smothered chicken was lovely. CAT5 shakes our kids loved them. We will be back here on our next vacation. Thanks Tay for giving us the best experience we had so far. The kids loved her and the robots too.

Staff was nice but lacking. Our bill was $120 for 2 adults and 2 kids. For the quality of food, the price was disappointing. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese. They served her the butt piece of bread. My chicken wings were extremely low quality. They were very chewy, tasted old and had little flavor. I ordered a drink which was not served with the rest of the drinks. I walked up to the bar and asked for a my drink and was told it would be brought to me. After receiving our food and waiting about 10 more minutes, I still had no drink. I asked the waitress again and she finally brought it. She said she had sent my drink to the wrong table. My husband ordered the seafood platter and was less than impressed. I don't mind paying a premium for good food and service. But we did not receive good food or good service. It was fun to watch the robots serving the food and drinks. We will not be going back.

My office manager and I went for lunch and we had the tater tots, a 2 double burgers. The tots were perfect, the fries were unique and very crispy with sea salt. They spared no expense on the meat and the service was quick.
Good is so so, maybe a good option while shopping at the Commons but don't make a special trip. Atmosphere was chaotic, server's not attentive, there are lots of better options IMO.

Went here for my birthday. Got the fried shrimp.... within 10 minutes of eating them I became violently ill and had to go to the bathroom to throw up. I had food poisoning for three days and have never been sicker. I still can't eat shrimp :(

Service was the best part of my experience, they even have a little robot that brings you your food and the kids loved it. The interior itself feels cramped and all dark, can't see out the windows. The food: my nachos with chili tasted like the chili was from a gas station or a Hormel can, the Mac and cheese didn't even have a flavor and the burger was nothing special. The shake was mostly bells and whistles with the candy garnish but the taste was like a frosty from Wendy's

Our experience was less than satisfactory. The burgers were overcooked and the sweet potato fries were unevenly fried. Some were cooked too much, and others were under cooked and limp. The shakes were what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant, too sweet and watery. Ordering was a hassle, we split the check, but we ordered from an app, it took about 15 minutes for us to figure it out, and for the payment to go through. On top of that there was a forced 20% tip, who were we tipping when there are robot servers. Overall, it's sub par, and I wouldn't eat there again.
