Definitely do not recommend this establishment. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced. The server was terrible as she came to our table maybe three times. We even had to go track her down to get our tickets. We definitely won’t be back. 0/10!!

Just left here. Our waitress she is very skinny looks as if she is a drug user with huge glasses was TERRIBLE.
I do not know her name so unfortunately this is how I have to describe her.
At the beginning our encounter was great. After a while she never came back. It got to a point where our drinks were empty.
When she came back around my husband said “both of my drinks are empty” she makes smarty remarkers “well you should’ve just yelled out” “I was right here”
These comments and her demeanor were awful. I stayed respectful but looked at my husband and said “acting like that I find no need to tip” she came to my table a total of 3 times. I had to choke my food down because the lack of drinks and this establishment was not busy.
I stuck to my word and I did not tip her.
She chased me out of the restaurant and yelled at me for not tipping her.
What an undeserving human. Treat people better and you will get treated better. This miserable lady should never have a job serving people period. She has by far the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered.

For me not tipping her I am no longer welcome at this establishment as she stated and if this is the type of servers they hire that is fine by me. The food is not very great either.

This was by far the best seafood we have ever had. That is saying a lot since we are from Maryland and have access to the best crabs around. The flounder and grouper were top tier. Excellent service as well. 10/10

Location + view = amazing. The staff was wonderful and attentive including the hostess, busboy, and our server. Lily (our server) deserves 10/10. She was attentive and truly acted like she cared about us by asking questions about our visit/trip. Please request her tables and tip her well! She is amazing!
The food was great; our 4 year old enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries, our 20 year old said the burger was the best he had eaten all week but wished it was on the Dewey bun, husband enjoyed the Grouper but said it was slightly too salty, I had the peel and eat shrimp + the gumbo. Just an FYI I loved my meal but my 4 year old enjoyed the gumbo so much he stole about half of it (I’ve ordered gumbo all week and he has had no interest in it.) lol.

The entire staff at harbor docks has my kudos; from the hostess, to the sushi chef, the kitchen, and all serving staff but lily deserves an extra special praise. She is genuinely friendly and welcoming. She had made great suggestions and really made our experience extra special. Lily stood out and is one of a kind. With a history in the customer service industry, I appreciated this. My niece is turning 3 and we celebrated with some dessert, lily (and the crew recruited to sing the dreaded public happy birthday song) whole heartedly made our entire night. I am a local and dine here when I find myself in the area but tonight, made me a patron for life. Thank you lily. You are golden.

Great blackened grouper and fried snapper. Both hot and done perfectly. Fries were good, but on the cool side. Should have sent them back. Good cucumber salad and coleslaw. Good hush puppies. The fried green tomatoes were ok. Didn't care for the hard breading on them. Service was excellent. Beautiful view and atmosphere. Prices were high; even though everything was good, a little too high priced for what it was.

We've been going to Harbor Docks for 25 years and have seen a constant decline is the food as far as portion sizes and quality of the food. We just returned from a 10 day stay in Sandestin and called 5 times to check on fish specials. Every day it was some swordfish dish. I like mild fish and not tuna, salmon, flounder or swordfish. We did not go there so will probably never go back. We found some excellent places to eat with better fish like grouper and triggerfish where portions are so large you can eat half and take half to snack on later. Bye bye Harbor Docks.

Everybody raved about this place and the baked avocado. Verdict: won’t go back. Food was awful (besides the avocado-that was awesome). Hostess was a bit rude and the server wasn’t cheerful or charismatic. And for a meal without cocktails, the total bill was wild- over $130. They gave me the wrong steak and overcooked it. We ordered sushi, squid salad, a filet w/ seasonal vegetables, and 2 cokes. Decent view of the marina was the only reason for the second star.

Mike , Rachel and Sara run a great bar. They treat us like we are locals and they are Great people. The atmosphere is awesome. Gumbo and fish we order are always on point. They have Sushi too. COLD BEER TOO!!!
