Lost our business this year! Pulled in to go to dinner and was told there is a $20 fee to park. It’s a shame as we have gone there many times during our past visits to Destin. Really disappointed by the greedy tactics.
Sunday Brunch and our server Laura was great, attentive and fast. Would recommend for a Sunday and very dog friendly
We were looking for some local brunch restaurants that offered more than just your average waffles and eggs and stumbled into this place. This restaurant is located in a resort area and right by the water. The food here was fantastic! We got the orange butter shrimp and crab cakes for our appetizer and I must say both were positively delectable. For the entrees, we got the flounder/crab meal. Both were very good, but we felt like there was an excessive amount of oil and butter in the dishes. The lemon butter sauce that the angel hair pasta was prepared with was very overwhelming. However, the taste was still delicious and we still really enjoyed our meal. There was a short wait of 10 minutes and during this time we wandered the area looking at the marina and boat tours. We were seated at an outside table overlooking the dock. Overall I’d definitely recommend it to others around the Destin area looking for an above average brunch meal.

Everything about the restaurant was great including the service. Laura was our waitress and was the absolute best and most accommodating, she answered any questions, talked to our kids, and made the dinner more enjoyable. The food there was amazing definitely some of the best food we have ever had! 100% will be back.

The best meal we had in Destin, FL. Amazing service with above and beyond with kindness to our waiter Tristan. The caramel cheesecake was to die for. So good. So dog friendly here too. We loved everything. Food is the best here. Thank you again for amazing service and food.

Great place right on the water on the boardwalk. Laid back, great service and good food. Very relaxing. You should try this place if you're in the area.

Taste of Food was ok but half warm served < 5min after ordering. It looks Like it was pre-cooked and just warmen up afterwards. As well the suggestet Tip on the bill was calculated after tax which is not correct and people loosing the trust of a bill like that?!?!

I had fried shrimp basket. It was good not great but good. The fries were pretty basic and the shrimp was just fried shrimp nothing different than any other fried shrimp. My wife had the French onion soup and grilled cheese and so did my 8 yo daughter. They both loved the soup but the sandwich barely had the cheese melted. My 15 yo daughter got the sunrise burger and loved it , nearly ate the whole thing. My 10 yo had a kids mac and cheese, it was a huge order and she said it was really good but could only eat about half. The food overall was good but just wasn’t what I’d expect from $150 meal before the tip.

Awesome place! Wifey and I were there for a lunch where we could see the boats and some dolphins around. Something that is very important to us: beers were cold and served on cold glasses. Shrimp tacos were perfect!

Friday, Oct. 18, Table 227, Rachelle W. was the best server we had all week, ending the last night's dinner of our vacation. We decided to come back for a second time to HT's during our week in Destin because of their selection of seafood and other choices for 4 adults and one 2 yo. We also decided to order their Alaskan King Crab legs (~1+lb, 2 legs) that we requested to see before ordering (we had an unfortunate experience at a different restaurant with what they said were King Crab legs). These King Crab legs were just like what we had experienced in Alaska - delicious. Their price is similar to the Alaskan price for same amount. HT's also has delicious Grouper Gulfside Tacos (3 is plenty for a hungry adult), blackened Mahi sandwich (very good portion) and a decent portion kid's cheeseburger (2 mini's). Their house rum cocktails are also very good.
I can't say enough about Rachelle. Upbeat, happy and made us all feel welcomed. When we return, we will certainly request Rachelle. Thank you, HT's.
PS. HT's... get different outside chairs that are easier to get in/out as they're hard to maneuver over the flooring.

The bartender makes good drinks. Her attitude suuucks. She closed the bar down at 830p one night. We went in at 756 the next and she was already shutting down saying they don't stay open until 9 on off season, even though it says 9 online.

They don't want your business. 40 min wait, with no one in restaurant. Could sit at bar, so not a kitchen problem. Sad, but true. Went next door for amazing dinner. No wait. Great view. Been going to T's since 2004. No longer a customer friendly restaurant.
WOW, great food, service and atmosphere. They got it all! YUMMMMMM. Might just go back tonight!
