We are visiting from out of town and we’re searching for some healthier meal options when we stumbled upon Healthy Coast Meals and they did not disappoint! We got the donuts and waffle and both were delicious, my toddler loved them too! Needless to say we will definitely be back and found a new favorite place when we are in town.

I come here when I know I have a busy week coming up and I need to have my meals ready :) the meals are high in protein and yummy. usually I like to get one of each

The staff at healthy coast is always so inviting and helpful, this makes such a great experience every time I walk through the door! The choices and options available are all great and I have not had one thing that was not outstanding in flavor! I appreciate all that healthy coast does to help people with clean eating and always having the most friendly staff!!

Love this place, tasty and satisfying with a special mention for the Korean dish and the brownies. The drinks also worth a try.

Food was very good and tasted fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to eat a healthy meal that has good portion sizes and greats macros.

Went to Destin for vacation and knew for lunches I wanted to find good quality food to fit my lifestyle goals. The food was perfectly portioned, had great flavor, and kept me satisfied for a few hours. All of their meals have a great macronutrient profile! The turkey meatloaf was my favorite but I also enjoyed the cod, buffalo chicken and Korean Bowl. When I come back to Destin, I will definitely eat here again.

We were heading to the airport to head back home and stopped in for a couple healthy meals for my husband and I! Exactly what we were looking for. Healthy. Simple. Delicious. The owner and staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Plus the facility is INCREDIBLY CLEAN! I highly recommend Healthy Coast Meals!

Beef Bulgogi with rice or low carb cauliflower rice is really good. Very well seasoned and NOT spicy but I added heat to it for my liking. The Special Swiss Bacon burger with grilled onions mushrooms a side of roasted potatoes on a bed of baby spinach is great.
