Easy to set up a group reservation, especially listening to our specific needs. The lanes are clean and well kept. Food is good. Has a wonderful arcade for kids with pool table as well.
Visited with our family from out of town. The experience with the cashier/attendant should have been much better. When we asked about moving our lane to the end, she asked what was wrong with the current lane, rolled her eyes and walked off. (The lanes are VERY cramped and not recommended if you are bowling with more than 2 people. We were placed between two groups that had more than 4 people each.) A different cashier approached us to provide assistance and moved our lane. She has worked there a while and seemed familiar with the behavior of the first cashier. It was shameful. The first cashier was very rude and disrespectful. We were very polite when speaking to her and didn’t deserve such poor customer service. While the second cashier was very helpful, she made an excuse for the first cashier’s behavior. That’s unacceptable. If they didn’t have a “No Refund” policy we would have asked for a refund and went to a different bowling alley. Despite the issues with getting setup with a lane, the food was pretty good. We ordered the jumbo wings with lemon pepper seasoning and a side order of fries. This was our first time visiting and we won’t return. Very disappointed with this experience. Looking forward to trying Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl next time.

Great bowling fun. Take advantage of the 14$ with shoes unlimited games. 10p-2a Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Lots of fun games in the arcade also. Food is decently priced and pretty good. My favorite is the crinkle ?.
