Came to get a ball drilled but the never answered the phones and we drove from Panama City. We asked when we got here and the man told my husband I drill them but don’t feel like it right now. Will not be coming back. Also called while I was starting at the phone and they kept glancing and never answered while maybe 3 people were inline. Insanely rude staff.

Staff is not friendly. They ignore locals for the most part. Order a original margarita, got one that has peach in it. Told bar staff it was not correct and she refused to correct it. Ac never works and staff will tell you thst it never works. Owner refuses to pay to correct it. This place is on our least favorite local spot

There was a girl that had an attitude problem She seemed annoyed at a lot of the things I asked. But the alley was nice Other than the female employee with anger issues. You need to talk to the lady at the desk that had a shift tonight. Seeing lots of reviews like this.

The lanes are great, the actual bowling experience was fun. We ended up waiting a long time to bowl, but the bartender was amazing and the snack bar food was as expected. The desk attendant told me there were 9 people ahead of me, and I would probably be waiting an hour. It was a busy night, and I totally expected to wait that long. I checked in with him about 40 minutes after getting there to see where I am in line, and he told me he called me a long time ago. So I asked to get back in line, and he put me back in line with 8 people ahead of me this time. I was listening for my name on the overhead, and I did not hear my name called. I just think the front desk people could have done better.

This alley is not worth the cost. Lane conditions are cooked after only a couple of games, and the pin setters are slow and prone to breakdowns. Pricing is noticeably higher than nearby alleys that offer significantly better conditions and overall experience. I’ve visited four times, shame on me, and each visit has been disappointing. The high prices do not match the experiance provided.

Have been here many times and have played pool here may times but for some reason the last time I got a lot of attitude about having drinks around the pool’s tables. We were not setting the drinks on the tables and I’m not a casual pool player having spent hundreds of dollars on my pool stick. The male bartender was dismissive and felt like we were bugging him when he was trying to play pool when me and my wife just wanted drinks from the bar. He stated the music wasn’t available because the speakers were bad but when I had music coming from my phone at a low volume magically some sort of speaker came online with music that he wanted listen to. Me and my wife have been here multiple times and have enjoyed our experiences but this last time with this male bartender was a terrible experience with his “friends” telling us how we should treat their precious pool tables and the vibe was just god awful like they didn’t want anyone else there.

Clean with plenty to do for people of all ages. A little pricey but about normal for the area. It is Destin after all.

Don’t waste ur time coming here, staff is rude and not understanding at all, it was me and my husband’s first time bowling since we were kids and on our last game the whole game kept glitching out and we didn’t know what was going on and wasted over half of our time left trying to figure out what was wrong when so we finally went to the front and asked what’s wrong with our game the lady fixed it and we only had 5 minutes left and over a half of game left, I then asked if there was anyway we could get a couple more minutes to finish our game since it was on they’re end not ours they stated “we should of came up to the front along time ago and then they would of”, definitely wish it was a better experience there!
