I forgot to take a picture of my food, but they have the best vegan options. I ordered the plain mac and cheese to see if I would like it (I am very picky). They use 2 different cheeses and a liquid cheese sauce. They put it through an oven. They have vegan bowls that have a veggie base, mac base, or tater tot base. You choose your protein (beyond sausage). I was craving a burger so I ordered their Beyond burger on sourdough. It was delicious!

Went for the first time and it was delicious! I had the Ruben sandwich and I could only eat half of it, it was so filling. My daughter’s Mac cheese was out of this world! I almost wish I would have gotten a sandwich and Mac. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggesting popular items. Definitely will be coming back!
The food is pretty good and the idea is interesting. I like the concept of a mac and cheese place that you can customize. The problem is that it’s is insanely expensive for what you’re getting. Though the food is still good, the pasta and toppings don’t seem like the epitome of quality and the portions aren’t that large. Even so, it’s very close to $20 per person to eat there, and it always feels like a bad deal even if I enjoyed the meal.
