The food is pretty good and the idea is interesting. I like the concept of a mac and cheese place that you can customize. The problem is that it’s is insanely expensive for what you’re getting. Though the food is still good, the pasta and toppings don’t seem like the epitome of quality and the portions aren’t that large. Even so, it’s very close to $20 per person to eat there, and it always feels like a bad deal even if I enjoyed the meal.
We are here quite often. Love the food and the variety of add ons! My kids bug me every week to stop and pick some up on my way home. The Short Rib bowl is my favorite. Watched my son’s lobster bowl being put together.. Yumm… thats a good bit of claw meat!

The name caught our eye and we had to try it out. Everything was delicious. Definitely try the Mac and cheese bites. We had the meat lovers flat bread and the short rib grilled cheese. Both were fantastic. Great service too.
