Walking in the door we were greeted by a lovely hostess named Selena very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress Jenna was amazing, even busy this morning she keep up with all her guests.

Arrived as was seated almost immediately. Waitress was not prompt with service (no name tag and name not given). Order was taken and it took over 20 minutes to arrive at table. Food was cold and waitress only came to table every 15 mins or so. Very disappointing for an IHOP in a tourist city.

Went here today they were short staffed. Our waitress Jasmine was exceptional. By her service and demeanor you couldn't tell they were short staffed. Thank you Jasmine for making my vacation more enjoyable with your smile and service. My family appreciates everything you did for us with the service you gave

First and last time dining (not eating) at an IHOP. When our food came to the table it was not correct, I get that it's not always 100%, so I let that slide. What was not okay was the hair found in the food, super glad I ordered a breakfast bowl and not burrito. Once the waiter was made aware she was curt and short with our table til the end of our visit. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail when preparing food along with the dirty silverware. Not even a manager came to check on our table after the fact.

I came in today to get a Togo order. The staff was super friendly he accommodated my order as I needed. Then I dropped half of my food before I left. He replaced it without making me feel bad. I really appreciate the service and the kindness at this location. I definitely understand the stress of our tourist season. Thank you guys. ❤️

The minion banana pudding pancake was amazing! It was so yummy! Everything else was just IHOP ok. They were slightly busy but the wait was only about 10 minutes. The service was very good. The restaurant could have been much cleaner, but they could have just gotten over a rush.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered! We had an awesome server in Mrs. Lisa. To top it off the General Manager introduced himself, was out helping his people. He was super nice. Great Leadership! Oh the food was great too :)

The staff was the biggest reason we returned.. the waiter and the waitress treated us so great last month we came back today after a drs visit.. the service was exceptional, the food just yum yum, and the coffee.. loved it .. will be back after my next dr appt.. we live 2 and 1/2 hours away Also I love how the manager has the back of her staff.. she takes great care of her customers but makes sure her staff isn’t abused See y’all soon
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT A SUPER BUSY PLACE!! After going to 3 different place and having anywhere from a 45 minute to almost 2 hour wait just to be seated we finally decided to just come to IHop. We were greeted at the door by (later find out was the manager) to give him our name and number for a wait list being told it would be a 25 minute wait. Which we were fine with considering the other wait times. We then go sit in the car waiting for the text to be told to come in. We had already reviewed the menu and determined what we were going to have so we were ready to order once we sat seeing that they were very busy. We sat and ordered. The manager then came but again saying they messed up the type of bread on my sandwich and if multigrain was fine, if not he would have them fix it. I was more then happy to take it how it was prepared considering they were very busy and everything that was going on in the place. Wonderful server. She checked on us several times along with the manager stopping by between bussing tables and seating customers. Overall one of the best experiences I have had at ANY IHOP location.

Great customer service! We felt like our server may have known us...smile. The food was good and came out in a few minutes. We saved money by not eating at the resort, but didn't sacrifice good food, time, or excellent service.

They got rid of stuffed French toast, which was the best thing on their menu. Still the same cookie cutter breakfast options but no real difference maker over the other chain breakfast joints.

I am not typically an IHOP customer but went here with some friends while on vacation. I was extremely pleased by the service and the management. I watched Nigel the general manager bus tables. I was impressed at his willingness to get his hands dirty. Because he was helping everyone that came in we’re seated quickly. So kudos to Nigel for leading by example. The waitress was amazing as well.

We picked iHop because we wanted to try something other than Waffle House. We arrived for breakfast at 8:15 and were seated right away. Our waitress was skilled, efficient and friendly. The drinks ordered, coffee, were excellent and plentiful. We split a steak omelette. Pancakes on the side. It was excellent. The 100 seat restaurant is well kept and roomy. Parking is plentiful and free. Liked best…the food. Liked least…I'm really struggling with this one...we went to the restaurant 3 times before we could get in without a wait.
