My experience was at the FWB location! What a frustrating start to my day. So frustrating that I refused to eat my meal. The server did comp my ticket (she was nice) but that doesn't fix the frustration. I asked for the floor manager (who was cooking) but she never showed up! This was mostly the cooks fail. I will respond by taking my business elsewhere.

Walking in the door we were greeted by a lovely hostess named Selena very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress Jenna was amazing, even busy this morning she keep up with all her guests.

Arrived as was seated almost immediately. Waitress was not prompt with service (no name tag and name not given). Order was taken and it took over 20 minutes to arrive at table. Food was cold and waitress only came to table every 15 mins or so. Very disappointing for an IHOP in a tourist city.

extremely upset. i have been here numerous times and they are closed when website says open. there is no note or anything and half the time lights are on and people are in there but door is locked. i am extremely disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened.

I WAS dining in your restaurant today and came across the review below from Mary E..what a small world when I realized this..but that's where Our review is very different..Jasmine you were a amazing server..and even though that group were horrible rude to you you never dropped your smile! We all were told when seated how short handed yall were..Sadly not everyone appreciates the few who do show up and some people are just downright ugly..keep shing Jasmine!! Fantastic job!

Never eat here again! Waitress had horrible waitress skills. Turned in orders from everyone who arrived after us before she even took our order. Waited 1 hour for food. She Did not bring all of our food. When we asked waitress numerous times about delayed food, she would say they are backed up in kitchen, but others were receiving their orders. She brought our bill before we even got our food!!! She was rude and disrespectful to our party!!

Went here today they were short staffed. Our waitress Jasmine was exceptional. By her service and demeanor you couldn't tell they were short staffed. Thank you Jasmine for making my vacation more enjoyable with your smile and service. My family appreciates everything you did for us with the service you gave

First and last time dining (not eating) at an IHOP. When our food came to the table it was not correct, I get that it's not always 100%, so I let that slide. What was not okay was the hair found in the food, super glad I ordered a breakfast bowl and not burrito. Once the waiter was made aware she was curt and short with our table til the end of our visit. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail when preparing food along with the dirty silverware. Not even a manager came to check on our table after the fact.
Super small iHop but the staff was kind & friendly. They were pretty fast since we didn’t have a large party. Overall, satisfied customer.

it took us 50 minuetes to get our food it was freeing inside and it was all normal food tyen we were charged 7 dollars for 2 refills the food was nowhere near a 50 minuete wait and definitely not 20$ bill with no apology or discount

I came in today to get a Togo order. The staff was super friendly he accommodated my order as I needed. Then I dropped half of my food before I left. He replaced it without making me feel bad. I really appreciate the service and the kindness at this location. I definitely understand the stress of our tourist season. Thank you guys. ❤️

The manager is amazing and a super hard worker, I specifically like going here because I feel like 90% of the employees have worked here forever and this is not an easy ihop to run, it always nice seeing familiar faces still working hard together

Went for dinner after driving for 12 hours. Server was very attentive. Brought food out as it was made which we appreciated. Not busy. Everything tasted delicious!
