Decent Jersey Mike’s location, if not a little bit worse than the average one. Our bread was pretty stale, and the toppings tasted past their prime. Nothing was inedible, and I can always finish a Club Sub in minutes.

I typically wouldn’t leave a review for a chain restaurant, but I had to shoutout the man working today around lunch. I wish my boyfriend and I got his name! I believe he was the manager on shift, and he was so charismatic and nice. He deserves all the raises in the world and I hope his pillow is cold on both sides. 🫶🏻

This was incredibly fast and looks amazing!! They had my to go pick up order to minute ready. Great job can’t wait to eat our sandwiches on the boat! We will order again!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When we arrived, there was no clear signage indicating where to place an order, so we waited in line behind several customers at the register. While we were standing directly in front of the counter, two other customers walked in after us and were immediately served—despite the fact that we had been waiting longer and were visibly in line.
When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told we weren’t in the correct line—even though we were standing exactly where the previous customers had been helped. To make matters worse, we were then informed they could not take our order at that time due to an influx of online orders. Rather than working to accommodate us or offering a reasonable wait time, the staff essentially told us they could not help us and left us with no option but to leave.
This experience demonstrated a lack of organization, poor communication, and very little regard for in-person customers. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.
