Mathew was very rude to me in front of my 7 year old niece. Condescending and even raised his voice trying to clear up confusion on if I was handed the correct sandwich for my wife who was in the bathroom. Very unprofessional and very poor communication skills.

6 of us walked up to order sandwiches! Alina never smiled nor greeted while others behind us were greeted so felt these 2 don’t like brown skin ppl ! Matthew made our 3 sandwiches front n was mad cause I asked for additional toppings n called me “ a childish “ for adding pickles n jalapeños peppers n paused to ask me “ do I need anything else before continues my sandwiches “ I said no n stop being a smart ass n I know he heard me !! We spend $70 n my other guy tipped $6.49 on top n totally lousy service so charged $76 on my card !! If Alina n Matthew don’t like to work they can stay home or go else where not ruin our vacation!! If they don’t like our skin then they have a huge problem ! This store has a bad culture to work in !! I will not go where my money is not appreciated n total rudeness !! I am not sure how this store stays open or makes profit with unprofessional ppl like these two.

Manager by the name of Matthew, was very very rude simply because I asked him could he step 3 feet around the service counter to tell me the name of a sub that was on the picture.... on top of that, he proceeded to be nasty with me as I walked out of the door, while he's making another customer's order... I will not be returning and I'm a regular customer.... he's new to that store because I've never seen him... I will be contacting Jacob, the other manager on this issue

Quality sandwiches. If you've never tried jersey mikes, it's good stuff. The service seemed kinda annoyed and music was playing pretty loud the whole time. Edit: lol at the reply

Manager was incredibly rude to me about a replacement sandwich. Told me he did not care if he was being kind to me or not he was just trying to make the sandwich they “supposedly” messed up. Treated me like i was just trying to get a free meal at one point interrupted me and said if i didn’t stop talking he’d never be able to make my sandwich because i kept trying to tell him what ingredients i didn’t want because “ i was the one who called him on a busted broken up phone line so there was no point in me acting frustrated with him”. At one point he asked me if was done talking yet and if i had said everything i felt like i needed to say when i was literally just trying to repeat my CORRECT sandwich. Condescending and honestly talked to me like i was 3 years old. Ended up telling them keep the replacement i called about three days ago but “he was the manager and had no idea what i was talking about”. Following up with corporate for sure.

Just left Jersey’s and those workers needs a raise!!! Only 3 of them working really hard, super fast, making orders for online and customers in shop. It was super impressed how multitasking they are! Quality of my sandwich always top top! Great job!

Jersey mikes never disappoints. Great subs fast! I always get the Italian sub and it’s always as expected. The price has gotten a little steep over the years but it’s always good and as you would expect. Welcoming environment in a small shopping center.
Parking: It’s in a shopping center so parking can be tight depending on the time of day!
