The manager Tyler of the Destin location, has done everything possible to run that spot flawlessly. He & his crew have always been diligent. We’ve appreciated them for over 5 years. Highly recommend the food as well

It was sort of OK. It reminds me of Jimmy John's, flavorless and cheap. There was nothing really bad about the place, the food was just bland. I won't be back.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When we arrived, there was no clear signage indicating where to place an order, so we waited in line behind several customers at the register. While we were standing directly in front of the counter, two other customers walked in after us and were immediately served—despite the fact that we had been waiting longer and were visibly in line.
When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told we weren’t in the correct line—even though we were standing exactly where the previous customers had been helped. To make matters worse, we were then informed they could not take our order at that time due to an influx of online orders. Rather than working to accommodate us or offering a reasonable wait time, the staff essentially told us they could not help us and left us with no option but to leave.
This experience demonstrated a lack of organization, poor communication, and very little regard for in-person customers. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Went in around 2pm and three gentlemen were working. They all greeted us and were very friendly! Ordered a club supreme mikes way and it was really good. The rosemary parmesan bread was delicious. Thanks Jersey Mike’s you’ve outdone yourself again

The food is phenomenal. It was very clean inside, but I felt very bad for the two gentlemen that were in there they’re extremely overstaffed one came from another store to help out and there was only one other guy and this has happened numerous times and I don’t understand why this company does not pay better so that people will want to work there. It really is awful to see almost abusive to the employees to be that busy with no help.
