We love Jets pizza. Sadly the Destin location is a constant struggle. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night. The delivery window was 1 hour, it took over 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered. I ordered my pizza at 6:50pm and they arrived at about 9pm.
When we got the pizzas they were cold, not even warm! Cold and stale like they had been sitting for a while. I felt bad for the delivery guy because he stated he was the only one who showed up to work of the 4 delivery drivers!
1 of the pizzas was a half cheese half pepperoni 4 corner pizza. There was so little cheese I am not sure it could even be considered a cheese pizza. I took two bites and couldn’t eat anymore it was so bad. I also tried to call the store but the phone wouldn’t ring through. When I finally got the call to go through no one would answer the phone.

Ordered wings, pizza, and a Coke. After the order is placed you get your estimated delivery time. An hour is what I was told. I’m a local so I understand during peak season and spring break things can get crazy for the restaurants around here but the LEAST you can do is answer the phone.
I called dozens of times just to get an estimate. No one picked up the phone. TWO hours later, the delivery guy showed up as my dad was going to drive to the store.
Pizza and wings were cold when they got here and the driver forgot the coke. Said he could go back and get it but he had 9 other deliveries to make first.
Maybe the food is good (idk yet because i have to heat it up before i can even eat it) but to be left in the dark for two hours wondering if your food is even going to show up, just order from somewhere that has order tracking.

Walked in 3/21 evening and was not greeted with a pleasant welcome around 8pm. The lady did ask how can she help but wasn't really welcoming. The Two gentleman making the pizzas one older and one younger was making pizzas without gloves. The lady at front also helping with pizza handling not wearing gloves until I brought it up. THIS IS VERY UNSANITARY AND CAN CAUSE SPREADING OF BACTERIA AND FOOD BORN ILLNESSES. was ready to ask for a refund. Will not be back. How often is this happening? Not good.....

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Mushroom, pineapple, and jalapeno with half buffalo sauce and half regular pizza sauce, light jalapeno on the buffalo side. Received a pizza with no sauce - literally zero sauce at all. Just crust, cheese, and toppings. I was miles away from the shop and the shop was closed when I figured it out. The dryest, most unsatisfying pizza of my life for $30+ with tip. They also added banana peppers for some unexplainable reason because they apparently interpreted their own ordering system's description of "light jalapeno peppers" as "banana peppers", the lighter colored jalapeno. I should have read the reviews before ordering & they should invest in training for the employees to understand their own online ordering system.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO PIZZA. This place is a scam. I ordered at 930pm (an hour and a half before they closed) and paid over $60 for two pizzas and bread. I was not notified until 1100pm that the business was closed. My credit card has been charged, and I received nothing. I would give 0 stars if possible.

This is what, from what I recall, what Pizza Hut pan pizza crust used to be like in the 90s.
Pizza was delicious. Crispy on the bottom and soft. So good.
Way better than little Caesar’s Detroit style.
Did not get firm and dull 10 minutes after it being out of the oven.
There is no dine in; however, there’s a large table outside of the establishment.

I hope they see this because there is NO OTHER WAY TO REACH THEM. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. First of all I waited behind someone for six minutes before any of the 10 workers paid any attention to us. When it was finally my turn I gave my name and she walked to the heater and checked the receipt, checked all the boxes, went to talk to someone, then waked away ignoring me. I sat down and after 20 minutes asked if there was a problem because by now it’d been TWO HOURS since I ordered. She just said “it’s almost ready “. I get home and it’s wrong. There’s like BBQ sauce on one. I tried calling and, once past the bot, NOT ONCE DID ANYONE ANSWER, only a machine that says “we do not listen to messages so don’t leave any”. We are locals, last weeks experience was not much better. We received it in time but again it wasn’t the correct order.

Food was supposed to get there at 7:30. Called at 8:10 and they said they were on the way. 9pm rolls around and they won’t answer the phone after multiple call attempts so we made the 7 min drive to the store to see if we could pick it up. Not a single customer in the store so not sure why they couldn’t answer the phone. Then we asked if we could just get our pizza. The front desk lady was huffing and puffing and said it was out for delivery and would be there soon but couldn’t give us an eta (mind you our food was supposed to be delivered over an hour and a half ago at this point) we ask if she can call the drive for an eta. She tells us that is rude to ask and starts huffing and puffing all loud again and talking crap with the lady in the back???!! We finally got her to just remake the order but ur employees are absolute trash. No customer service at all. Also-despite us having to pick up the food they refused to refund our delivery fee and tip!?
