Manager on duty refused to refund money after 2hrs of waiting for pizza that had not been delivered. Rude attitude, poor customer service. When pizza arrived it wasn't worth giving an honorable mention. Never going back.

I can handle it being 45 minutes late, but the pizza was rubbery and cold. My daughter immediately said “why is it rubbery”. Wanted to support local and should have supported a chain. And no I’m not local and will not/cannot order again.

Best deep dish I’ve ever had. So fresh and fast. Loved it
We got a Hawaiian and cheese pizza with mild wings. Took 60 minutes! Way too long. The lady could barely hear. Food was mid. The worst part, they charged us $1.07 for ranch! Like excuse me no. I just think we hit it on a bad day so I don’t not recommend, we just didn’t have a great experience

Updated review: The owners of Destin Jet’s are nothing short of amazing! We had a delivery order go sideways and the owners reached out immediately to fix the problem. We had Jet’s on our last night of vacation and it made the trip! We’ll definitely order from here when we come back next year…probably more than once if the kids have a say!!Thank you again Destin Jet’s!!
Jets pizza is fantastic and we get it every year while on vacation. Found out the hard way they use Door Dash to deliver their orders. We placed a $100 order and it took 2 hours to arrive and it was ice cold when we got it. The worst part is I tipped while placing the order and it wasn’t warranted after waiting that long. I tried to call the store and got the “Jet Bot” over and over, without anyone answering the phone. Disappointed this time around. Jet’s, you guys are better than that!

Great pizza and excellent customer service! Our family was unable to pick up an order we placed due to an unexpected car issue. However, after we called and explained our situation, the owner took action and delivered our food without hesitation. Highly recommend!
