Not so freaky fresh nor freaky fast. Tried to order by phone but the listed phone number doesn't work. Ordered online instead. Couldn't put the hotel's address in for their delivery system. Finally got our sandwiches after waiting for an hour. I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich. Turkey was barely their. Decent amount of bacon which was stone cold. Sandwich was soggy and bland. Washed it down with a flat cherry coke. I'm baffled as to how it took an hour to make and deliver to the hotel 0.2 miles away. I'm pretty easy to please and don't complain often but this was bad enough that I couldn't pass on leaving a review.

Order from this location they actually work and will make you great edible food in seconds. Unlike the one on hwy 983 they make you wait hrs, steal from their customers and over charge you for NOTHING just so they can make an extra dollar like come on go to school instead of stealing. Jimmy John's on 983 needs to be shut down. I will never order from the other location as I've called corporate and reported the degenerates and slack chris the big wuss.

THE WORST! This guys answered the phone and was so rude. First of all he answered and said "HELLO" as if he can't handle working there for another second, he consistently put me On hold, and after being on hold for 32 minutes.. I decided to Call back, he answered and said "jimmy johns please hold". I asked how long is the hold? He said HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES. Can you believe that? I live in Destin and will never order from Jimmy Johns again. I also recorded the phone call and will be posting it! So unreal!

This was a super fast transaction! Ordered up from the Henderson down the road and my order was her in less than 15 minutes. Not only were they fast but they got the order totally correct. Certainly a nice change from the hotel food we've been eating. Sandwiches were spot on.

Love the quality, don't like that you can't substitute a meat for another meat (e.g., Turkey for ham)
