Today we ordered their chicken subs and #6 . Food was warm and made to order.
We paid $40 for 4 8 inch sandwiches. 🤷🏻♀️

Worst Jimmy John’s ever! They never have anyone working the drive thru and their service is terrible when you do finally park your car and go in. I would give it a zero star review if that was possible.

Upon delivery to a location 1.5 miles from where the food was ordered I was asked immediately for a tip before food was handed to me. Hey, I get it. I was a bartender for many years - which is why I get it. I already paid a delivery fee for the convenience of ordering and fully planned to hand the deliverer cash upon delivery. To try and hold my order hostage until you receive a tip? Weird and rude. A tip that is not required but is to be given as an appreciation.... well, I guess I will be ordering from only Jersey Mikes from now on. Goodbye Jimmy.
