We had such a great experience at Joe’s Crab Shack thanks to Bailey! Even though we came in close to closing, with a reservation at 8:45, Bailey welcomed us with such a pleasant attitude and made us feel completely comfortable. She was so patient and kind with our kids, never once making us feel rushed, and kept everything upbeat and friendly. It really made our night special, and we appreciated the extra effort so close to closing time. Thank you, Bailey, for taking such good care of us — we’ll definitely be back!

We visited Joe's Crab Shack on September 20, 2025, for our first time here, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Our food took nearly two hours to arrive, and when it did, all the side dishes were incorrect with our meals. The chicken tenders and mashed potatoes were absolutely horrible, and we had to request corrections multiple times. Thankfully, another waitress assisted our primary waitress, ensuring we received everything we needed since our waitress didn't follow through on requests. Notably, there was no apology from the General Manager for the inconvenience, poor service, or lengthy wait times. When I requested to remove the chicken from the bill, it took an additional 15 minutes because the GM was on the phone. The GM didn't visit our table to address the issues or apologize for the poor service and food quality. While we understand things can go wrong, it would've been a nice gesture for the GM to apologize and offer a discount considering all the issues we had. I'd like to highlight the exceptional service of the waitress. Though I didn't catch her name, this waitress went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was as smooth as possible despite issues with our primary server. She was very professional, using "yes sir" and "yes ma'am," and was extremely attentive to our needs. Notably, she assisted multiple tables beyond her own, demonstrating outstanding dedication to customer care. I watched her go out of her way to accommodate us and other patrons, ensuring everyone was taken care of efficiently. She deserves a lot of praise for her exceptional service.

The food was amazing but know this if you take 7 of more a automatic gratuity is add and it says (suggested gratuity) that I my opinion means I have the option in saying that the service will not the best I never got a refill as well as the other in my group is with that I did not leave the suggested gratuity but on exiting the restaurant the Server came out to retrieve the amount I left off I paid it but will never go back
We reallly enjoyed our dinner. I had the King Crab and it was excellent. Landry's rewards are also very good. Service was also good!!
